About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

He is looking fabulous in his new sunshower raincoat! Hello Denzil, Thank you for leaving a review. Sorry to see the damage to your harness. As a company, our stock only comes from reputable brands. Ruffwear is one of our most trusted brands. These things do not happen very often however when they do, Ruffwear is happy to help. I would advise that if you haven't already you contact customer service ASAP. This may fall under a warranty claim meaning you can get a new harness to replace this damaged one. If you contact customer service on Bark@mountaindog.uk or our live chat again found on our website they will talk you through the warranty claim process. “Mountain dog were really good with the exchange, but you can’t get a personal response from them …they posted the exchange but the sizing even though recommended by their website is way off”

Thank you for leaving a review. Sorry to hear you struggled to get a response from our team. Over the festive period, we were extremely busy and tried to get in contact with everyone we could. We have recently improved this process into a live chatroom which can be accessed from our webpage. We also have members of staff monitoring the emails between the hours of 9 am - 4 pm Monday through to Saturday ready to help if needed. Our sizing guides are from reputable brands and are 100% accurate, however, we understand that dogs sometimes have different body shapes and styles which can make fitting your dog quite difficult. “I had one of these dog towels for my Labrador. They are good quality and good fit. My lab loves wearing it as it’s double thickness and dries the dog quickly and effectively. I have since bought another 2 for my other dogs.”

“I accidentally sent the dog jacket i purchased to an old address, the item was received by whoever is staying in the property and I live to far away to try to get it back. Although I never received the jacket for my dog, when I contacted Mountain dog they gave me every bit of information to try to resolve it. Unfortunately, it was my mistake and nothing anyone can do & I cant afford a buy a new one. Thanks anyway though!”
