About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“I ordered a Kurgo Coat for my Dog. It was the first time that I have ordered from Mountain Dog, after a friend recommended the site to me. The service has been outstanding in all aspects! I was kept fully updated from the moment the order was placed, to when it arrived. The item arrived very quickly within 48 hours and was also packaged well. “Fabulous service and great quality products. I had to make an exchange for a harness (my fault ordered the wrong size) and it was so simple to return. The correct size came very quickly. Would thoroughly recommend using Mountain Dog - 5 stars!”

Hello, Thank you for leaving a review. Here at Mountain dog, we completely understand that measuring for dogs can be difficult even when our sizing guides are 100% accurate. Not every dog is the same size and shape. This is why our exchange service is quick, easy and free! As soon as your return arrives at Mountain Dog HQ, we process your request and we get your new order picked, packed and shipped ready for collection at 4 pm. This can be affected by bank holidays or weekends, but we aim to do this even across those holidays to make sure we have happy customers (Even the ones with wagging tails!). We are glad to hear that you found our process easy and got the right fit for your furbaby! We hope to see you shopping with us again soon.
