About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“Excellent customer service and very high standard products. I purchased a dog coat which arrived within a couple of days. The coat was too big for our dog and I returned it via a very user friendly returns service. My replacement coat arrived only four days later, no mean feat at this time of year! Would recommend Mountain Dog to anyone... and Thank you, my dog loves his new coat.”

“Simple ordering and fast delivery. I would of preferred the rope lead but that option was not available that is down to the manufacturer. Very happy with the service”

Hello Zoe, Glad to hear you are satisfied with your purchase, unfortunately, we don't stock the rope leashes. The leashes that we do stock and your purchased leash however are just as good. “Good quality product. Unfortunately couldn't find one to fit despite trying 3 different sizes. Had to reluctantly ask for a refund which came to my bank in 3 days. Very efficient throughout. (Pleasant helpful staff member phoned me at home in effort to help.)”

“Very good quality collar, easy to put on. Initially thought it was a hit too thick and heavy for our puppy but on reflection it’s fine and should last a long time. No danger of him destroying it!”
