“We hadn't used Jupiter Blue before and needed a number of fire rated access panels, they arrived in excellent time in perfect condition. Since then I have placed two further orders and had similar results. I expect to do this again and will use Jupiter Blue of course”

“What can I say.......great service yet again. Needed to order a replacement catch for my loft hatch as I inadvertently managed to super glue my existing catch. Original catch ordered from Jupiter Blue so I automatically came back to this company again due to great value product and good sales service. New catch ordered Tuesday evening and arrived Friday lunchtime so now we can get the xmas decorations down!”

“I was looking for a made to measure loft door to reduce the heat loss during the winter, I found Jupiter Blue. Thank goodness. After following the options on their web site I was able to place an order. They checked the measurements and told me about making the door 5mm smaller then the opening. When the door came it fitted like a glove. Thank you for all your help”

“Firstly Jupiter Blue customer service is excellant and attentive to needs and requests. The product itself was delivered as promised and was extremely robustly packed and protected such that it arrived with not a scratch. The basic product is constructed of metal with fibre glass infill to keep the ceiling heat loss down. The product fits perfectly in the prepared roof void. Unfortunately I see just one flaw in that the one piecel metal drop down hatch door does not fit tightly all around even when the one turning handle is fully and tightly located. Other standard hatches have several locating points to ensure complete air tight hatch closure throughout the hatch. There are sponge draft excluders in the perimeter gully to take up some of the slack however there is still slack which can be pushed upwards to close indicating not 100% closure in one area. My need was also for sound escaping into the loft and out via the attic roof having also applied my own sound proofing into the hatch cover.”

“As I ordered this just before Christmas I telephoned to ask about delivery. I received a prompt response and after ordering the loft hatch it was delivered on the day I was promised. The whole thing couldn't have been any easier to install and I am delighted with the results. Would definitely recommend.”
