“Ordered online..... easy. Next day deliver..... spot on. Some of the products didn't survive the journey very well though..... grrr I sent Jupiter Blue a brief email about this.... as you do. They replied instantly, apologetically and decisively! No fuss, no quibble, no hassle and sent off replacement products (which arrived next day; in mint condition) and collected returned goods. “I have used Jupiter Blue twice the first order of 8 access panels of two types was delayed as they had problems with damage caused by the courier before dispatch to us on site. Although this prevented delivery on the due day it was delivered the following day with alternative panels and a refund. This gave me faith that any future orders could be dealt with swiftly and competently. My second order of a fire rated panel was duly ordered and I anticipated a delay of a few days for delivery as per the forecasted delivery date. I was very pleased when it was delivered two days early. A very good service for these products. My only criticism is lack of information on delivery dates and times.”

“We ordered a made to measure loft hatch. It arrived in the specified time, we were emailed regarding delivery and when it arrived......AMAZING. It fitted perfectly and so easy to fit, it took 5 minutes. The quality and look of the hatch is brilliant. I definitely recommend this company. “I was undecided between getting a joiner to make a wooden hatch from scratch or go for a made to measure one from Jupiter Blue... After consideration I went for the Jupiter Blue option and am very glad I did! Not being able to visit their showroom prior to placing an order the main concern I had was the weight of the hatch, being made from metal. However, once it arrived I was very impressed with how light it is. Unpacking the hatch revealed custom polystyrene packaging along with a pack of 8 screws (there are 12 holes in the hatch frame to secure it to the ceiling beams), a pole and some installation instructions. Installation (with the help of an additional pair of hands) was nice and simple. We used some G cramps (with scrap wood to protect the surface of the frame) to hold the frame in place while we drilled and secured the frame in-place. Before installation the frame has a fair amount of play in it; care needs to be taken in terms of the order in which you secure the frame attachment points as it is easy to pull the frame out of shape and hence the door then will not align as well as prior to installation. The hinges have a bit of float in them, but it's definitely advisable to take note of my above comment.”
