“Customer service was great. Attic hatch was in very poor quality. Hinges made with very cheap quality plastic has a hole inside. So wall very thin, broken once opened.”

“Ideal locking mechanism for our loft hatch, especially the weight of our hatch. Only drawback was the pole that was purchased at the time. I felt it could be a it more sturdy/stronger especially when turning the locking mechanism.”

“I placed my order on Thursday night and it was despatched on Friday and was scheduled for delivery on the following Monday. But to my surprise it was delivered on the Saturday morning and I fitted it in the afternoon.
