“Ordering was easy and the videos with the adverts helped a lot with understanding how difficult installation was. When the product arrived and I rang to query an item, I was helped by a very warm lady who was knowledgeable and solved my issue quickly. The hatch and ladder are now installed (enlarging the access to storage space where before I could not even get a suitcase up there!) and will solve my storage solution. Thank you Jupiter Blue.”

“I needed a bespoke fire-rated loft hatch for a non-standard opening in a 1970s property. The hatch I ordered was manufactured to the exact dimensions requested, arrived well packaged, and is clearly a quality product. It's refreshing to find a company that still offers genuinely bespoke products. I would happily use them again and would highly recommend them.”

“Just fitted a 300x300 picture frame, took door off, scribed, cut the hole to size and fit with silicone and screws the re installed the door. The door latch was a bit of a problem closing because the latches were not in place properly but after a bit of fiddling and tightening a few little screws it closed. Client is very happy and finishes the job of to look smart. Very happy with the ordering and delivery process overall very competent company and would highly recommend their products. They are much better than the plastic one you get a big brand tool stores.”

“TBH I was a little bit disappointed with robustness of the hinge pins The door cannot be removed for fitting, so must be fitted whilst open! So when fitting alone you need to hold and fix the frame, the hing pin snapped and the door fell out I had to glue the door back together”

“Easy ordering and delivered quickly. The loft hatch does what I want it to do but is easliy distorted when fitting. Needed time and patience to get it squared and working properly. It seems to use the rafers to give it the rigidity needed for use. A heavier frame plastic or metal subframe would probably solve the fitting problem bu obviusly would be at a cost.”
