“Fantastic service. I had a very small loft hatch and couldn't find and standard size hatches to fit. Luckily I found your company online and saw you manufactured bespoke hatches. I banged my dimensions, minus 5mm and bingo, fits like a dream. Happy to see it wasn't a flimsy bit of plastic, but of robust metal construction. Easy to install, no hassles, straight in with no issues. Even managed to fit it on my own with a couple of G clamps Thank you sorting out what would been. otherwise an awkward job.”

“The loft hatch arrived in good time and is good quality at a reasonable price. To open the hatch needs a specific pole, which they sell, but is expensive for what it is.”

“Amazing! I needed a 'normal' sized loft hatch to replace a tiny 1800's one. Jupiter Blue had plenty to choose from and I was able to get a decent size one, insulated, very reasonably priced and next day delivery - for free. I also needed a particularly small hatch to replace an unsightly old hatch. Jupiter Blue were able to manufacture one to my specific measurements. This was made and delivered within a week - again, postage free! I had to contact customer services with a query. They replied quickly and politely. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Very well made and looks good now fitted. Watching the fitting video, it was suggested to fit the unit to take out the hatch from the surround but it was not made to enable this so struggled slightly to fit it but it was overcome”

“Pleased with accuracy to sizes provided to them, for a customised hatch. Quality is very good and correct to spec ordered. Delivery was the only slight disappointment. I realised that the “2 day delivery” quoted on website order page was preset, bearing in mind my order went in Friday night and it was made-to-order. I saw nothing of a delivery estimate on the order confirmation or post order comms. So, contacted J B a few days later and they confirmed a predicted delivery, which was accurate, but more like a 7-10 working day timeline, which I thought was realistic. Don’t let the delivery issue above put you off, as I’m pretty fussy and so far (fitted it yesterday) I’m very pleased with the tidy, slimline look of our hatch now.”
