I ordered a loft hatch on the 21st of April and as it stands on the 8th of May I have still not received my order. I noticed that with the order confirmation it states that orders received after 1500 hour will be dispatched the following working day. My order must be coming on the back of a tortoise I would not be rushing to use this company again

Good morning Tom, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order for the LT235 Loft Hatch. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue during the production of the LT235 Loft Hatches. The machinery responsible for operating the tools for this product experienced a complete breakdown, which caused a delay in the final stage of production. The issue has now been resolved and your order is scheduled to be delivered today with DPD. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay in the manufacturing and delivery of your order. Hatch arrived broken. Retailer contacted and sadly there was no responce from them. Very disappointing.

I haven't received my order yet so cannot comment on the product. However, I'm writing this as I wait for its delivery. It was due to be delivered in 5-8 working days. Today is day 9. After calling just now, I'm told it is due for delivery today, but there had been absolutely no communication from either Jupiter Blue or the courier company as I'd requested. With any luck, my riser door will be of better quality than the customer service. I'm rather disappointed, as I trusted I was dealing with a good and trusted company when placing my order.

Firstly, I'm sorry you order is being delivered one day later than the delivery time quoted on our website, we will look at how we can improve communication to advise of small delays. Not even received my order yet and no response to my 2 attempts of contacting them. It has now passed the timeframe that was mentioned for delivery!

Hello Gulsen, I can see you emailed via our website contact form at 20.59 on Friday evening and again on Saturday. This is outside of our working hours and would not be picked up until this morning (we closed @ 16.30 on friday and reopened today). Now you've brought to our attention I've checked tracking and can see your order was dispatched on the 3rd November but had not been delivered yet. We're going to make further enquiries with our carrier and will give you a progress update later. Regards Martin

Had panels made to a size. They had fitted a large locking system I had never Sean before and the door .closed is to small as the lock takes up 45 mm. Tried to sort out with accounts. Had a rude guy emailing me. Will be going to panels direct from now.

Disappointed. Ordered a bespoke attic hatch and paid for it(not cheap). Got an email 2 days later to say I needed to pay an additional £25 because it needed 2 locks. This wasn’t stated on the website at the time. I requested a refund and received it a few days later. I spoke to my customer who decided they would be happy with a plywood hatch. So I ordered a heavy duty catch from Jupiter blue along with a pole to open the latch. £25 for delivery was extortionate, making a total cost of £89 for such a small wee item but I grinned, beared it and will never order from these rip off merchants again.

You can have cheap or you can have quality, but not both. Our made to measure loft hatches are hand made to your exact measurements. All our charges are made clear at the point of ordering. If you're unhappy, feel free to shop elsewhere.
