“Ordered a made to measure loft hatch and a standard size ladder. The people I spoke with were very helpful and the goods were supplied within the timescale I was given. The products look to be of real quality and were easily fitted by my builder. Overall an easy company to deal with, that delivered a quality made to order product. I would use again.”

“From beginning to the end I have been so very pleased with Jupiter Blue, I do not normally write reviews unless I receive excellent service, and I have, I was kept fully informed and deep discussion to ensure I was ordering what was required, the product is brilliant, fits perfectly, I cannot recommend the product and the guys from Jupiter Blue highly enough, thank you very much, I am so very pleased with my bespoke loft hatch and already a friend is going to order one for their place, thank you guys!”

“We were clearing the loft and noticed how damp everything was which was probably caused by condensation as there were water droplets on the roofing felt. Obviously warm damp air was getting into the loft and condensing on the felt. One place it could have been from was our old loft hatch which was a very poor fit, and not really fit for purpose. We went on line and found Jupiter Blue who make bespoke loft hatches. They are a fantastic company to deal with, very friendly and helpful, so we ordered one to our specification. It duly arrived on time a week later, we fitted it the next day (it needs two people); it's a piece of cake to fit and looks great. We are extremely pleased with the product, should have done it years ago. Many thanks to you Martin and your team. Kind regards.”

“Ordered a loft hatch with next day delivery. Unfortunately the hatch arrived damaged. Contacted Jupiter via email, almost immediately received a reply asking for a photo of the damage. Emailed the photo over and within minutes received a reply saying a replacement will be sent out for next day delivery. Next day it arrived undamaged. Brilliant service.”

“Placed order via telephone with Jupiter Blue for an SD Fire Rated Loft Hatch after receiving valuable help and information regarding suitability to satisfy current building regulations. Order was placed at 12.30 hours and loft hatch was received (free delivery)09.30 the next morning enabling installation the same day. Fitting of the loft hatch was very easy and straight forward in accordance with the supplied installation instructions. Superb company to do business with giving a five star all round service.”

“These guys were the only folks I could find in the UK offering an insulated loft hatch with a window to allow natural light. This was to replace an old single pane hatch. I was kept up to date with all aspects of manufacture and delivery. The door is exactly to spec (custom dimensions) and apart from trimming the aperture slightly (old house, so not exactly square), the hatch fitted perfectly. All in all I am very happy with the service provided by Jupiter Blue.”
