“Ordered a bespoke sized loft hatch. Arrived well packaged in 2 weeks and was installed within 30 minutes. Looks to be very well constructed. Very happy”

“Very pleased with my new loft hatch which was made to measure to fit the existing loft opening aperture. It arrived within two weeks of the order being placed. It is still to be fitted, but it is very neat and will blend in perfectly with the ceiling.”

“We ordered a made-to-measure loft hatch. The website was easy to use and the instructions and explanations were very helpful. Simple to order and pay too. It arrived as promised and was simple to fit - we got the measurements right! It looks and feels a robust and well made bit of kit and I'm sure it will give many good years of service.”

“This company - what an amazing customer service. I bought a panel from them and because I had to wait for the rest of the materials to arrive only managed to open the box 2/3 months after to which I found a fault with the latch of the panel. After a quick email within a few hours I’d already had a reply. No chasing needed. I showed them a video of the fault and without delay they offered a full refund and even offered to come collect the package! I would re order from this company any day! Please use them, they are wonderful Pascale”

“Very pleased with the service from Jupiter. They supplied me with a made measure replacement loft hatch which blends in well and is noticeable. Only one point though, the key supplied is short and means I need steps to unlock the hatch. Is there a long key say 600mm available, couldn't find one online.”
