“Easy ordering and delivered quickly. The loft hatch does what I want it to do but is easliy distorted when fitting. Needed time and patience to get it squared and working properly. It seems to use the rafers to give it the rigidity needed for use. A heavier frame plastic or metal subframe would probably solve the fitting problem bu obviusly would be at a cost.”

“Selected a hinged loft hatch, we went for a sligtly larger standard variant as we wnated the hinge on the short side. This was after a discussion with a member of the support tea,. Delivery stated was within 2 days but it arrived the next day. Fitted and looks great, even my wife is happy. Many thanks.”

“I have used Jupiter Blue for access panels before when I self-built my house in 2015 and the products and service then were excellent. I was carrying out some work on my son's house to tidy up a plywood duct access door and decided to try one of Jupiter Blue's trade range of access panels. I had to call them to check on availabilbility and they were so helpful and assured me that they had plenty in stock. I ordered a bead frame version (the frame is plastered into the wall so that you don't see it) and it arrived within a couple of days and was well packaged. It was easy to fit and looks great. I would definately recommend and even after 11 years, they are my go to people for access doors.”

“Good product. Easy install. 2 person install required to support weight. And fit. Suggest internal wall height to be extended as fixing holes 60 mm up and 2 layers of plaster board make screw points close to edge of roof joists”

“The 1 hour rated loft hatch was a very nice piece of kit, easy to fit and works a treat, good instructions for installation and was delivered promptly…….though completely ballsed up delivery by whichever company they used, delivered wrong day to wrong house, luckily I was able to retrieve it 👍 I do not blame the supplier for the delivery as I know many of the companies are useless unfortunately.”
