“Brought the loft ladder and found the same manufacturer and ladder at screwfix for £69.00 so I was not happy about this as I thought they was made to order which it was obviously not. Not impressed with the cost as I feel I was ripped off. Will not buy from these again.”

We appreciate your feedback, but unfortunately, we cannot compete with major brands like Screwfix in terms of pricing for products sourced from external companies. We apologise for any confusion regarding the ladder being custom-made. While we do offer made-to-measure ladders, the AL3 ladder you ordered is a stock item On our website, we do indicate which ladders are made to measure. For instance, made-to-measure ladders can take up to four weeks for delivery, while the AL3 ladder is available for delivery in just 2 working days. If you would like to return the ladder, we'd be happy to help you with a refund as long as it hasn’t been opened and is still in its original packaging. “Product was delivered promptly. It was very easy to fit, as it was very light to place into the cut-out in the ceiling. I managed to fit the loft hatch on my own with the aid of two timber props. It required just a little fettling to ensure a good fit when closed. I now have a neat, very pleasing, insulated and air tight access into the loft. The drop down hinge system makes access so much easier than my previous "lift up" entrance.”
