“Pleased with accuracy to sizes provided to them, for a customised hatch. Quality is very good and correct to spec ordered. Delivery was the only slight disappointment. I realised that the “2 day delivery” quoted on website order page was preset, bearing in mind my order went in Friday night and it was made-to-order. I saw nothing of a delivery estimate on the order confirmation or post order comms. So, contacted J B a few days later and they confirmed a predicted delivery, which was accurate, but more like a 7-10 working day timeline, which I thought was realistic. Don’t let the delivery issue above put you off, as I’m pretty fussy and so far (fitted it yesterday) I’m very pleased with the tidy, slimline look of our hatch now.”

“Excellent product, seems much better than the alternative silimarly priced products available at other popular on-line stores. One slight paint blemish on one of them, but was replaced immediately, delivered the next day and return collected. So excellent service all round and a great product.”

“Really friendly, helpful and great products. I finally replaced our aged wooden loft hatch that leaked and was uninsulated. Measured with a laser checked the diagonals. Perfect fit - took 2 minutes to install. Great. Really pleased I did it, I only wish I had done so years ago.”

“I needed a replacement for the old part of door that was being used in the house just moved into. A few quickly answered questions, and my new hatch was paid for, and delivered quickly.
