“The product information on the website is clear and thorough, the ordering process straightforward and the customer order updates helpful. The product (steel loft hatch) arrived well packaged and protected and was just what I was after, as having seen poor reviews of plastic ones form other suppliers, a more robust but still cost effective alternative was just what I wanted, especially with the option of an integral lock. Great service all round!”

“One of the few companies that make metal loft hatches to size. As a qualified engineer (I Eng) this product was well made and accuratly made. Why 4 star and not 5? I made it clear at the point of order that the dispatch date should be on a date I required. This was agreed. It was dispatched early and I found it at my front door on returning home; it was lucky it was not stolen. My loft hatch was large and fairly heavy, the design could be improved to allow easy removal of the hatch from the frame, a very simple design modification of hinge rod being in two pieces joined with a small tube with allen screws. This would result in a small cost increase. To fit the hatch I had to spring the hinge rod.”

“Made to measure loft hatch. Delivered ahead of date. Great quality with excellent finish. Perfectly to size, made the fit straight forward. Old hatch and trim out and new one fitted in an afternoon. Hardly any making good required.”

“I haven't received my order yet so cannot comment on the product. However, I'm writing this as I wait for its delivery. It was due to be delivered in 5-8 working days. Today is day 9. After calling just now, I'm told it is due for delivery today, but there had been absolutely no communication from either Jupiter Blue or the courier company as I'd requested. With any luck, my riser door will be of better quality than the customer service. I'm rather disappointed, as I trusted I was dealing with a good and trusted company when placing my order.”

“Service was excellent. gave the company the size I needed and they supplied the door and frame to fit. Always give the exact size of the aperture and they do the rest. I am a DIY person not a joiner and I found the fiiting of the door and frame simple due to its design. Looks good as well.”
