“I placed my order on Thursday night and it was despatched on Friday and was scheduled for delivery on the following Monday. But to my surprise it was delivered on the Saturday morning and I fitted it in the afternoon. To say I was impressed with the products quality and fast delivery I recommending the company and their products to anyone.”

“Very efficient service and an extremely well made product. When we purchased our house we had a very dark piece of plywood covering a hole in our attic, now we have a very professional looking trap door that is pre insulated. It was not a standard size door so I had to order a custom made one. Frame fitting exactly into the recess with the measurements I had supplied. Very pleased, thank you.”

“I recently purchased a drop down attic hatch, which i must say was as discribed.snd reasonably priced, the only downside with using them was the postage cost to Northern Ireland, where i live.The postage was almost as much as the hatch.Therefore i got it sent to a friend in England, who in turn posted it to me via royal mail, it was less than half price, so my question is why is their postage soo expensive”

“Very happy with the quality of the loft hatch which has been made to the size i requested. The only issue is the rod for the hinge to the door has to be recessed into the ceiling plasterboard to allow the draft excluder to compress against the plasterboard. It is quite difficult to install even with two people as you have hold the hatch in position with the door open to fix the screws into the joists. Eventually we decided to remove the door, offer the frame up, and mark the screw hole postions. Then drilled Pilot holes before putting the door back on and fixing the frame in position. It's so much better than the plastic hatch we had before so worth the effort.”

“Very good, however in my error I bought one that is non fire rated. I think you should remove any product from your offering that isn’t fire rated in this day and age”
