“Item arrived well packaged and on time. I did how ever try to reach out to people in sales time via email but no one bothered to reply so it looks like customer service isn't a priority”

“I received excellent service from Jupiter Blue's friendly team. I sought advice about the product I needed and it was dispatched quickly. Unfortunately, it got damaged in transit, but when I phoned Jupiter Blue it agreed to send another one, and unprompted, upgraded my delivery to a morning slot the next day to ensure I had the product quickly. The team was consistently friendly and helpful when I was in contact.”

“Excellent quality, easy to fit (needs two people to lift ideally, or grow more hands). For advice (and this is probably because I'm a bit thick) the two alternative frame sizes (25mm and 50mm) refer to the depth of the frame going up into the gap to fix onto the joists, not the width of the frame around the outside on the ceiling! But if I got it fitted anyone can, it looks great, ! Totally recommended.”
