“I had great service from Jupiter Blue. I ordered a new loft hatch, which unfortunately arrived with some damage, probably due to poor handling by the courier. I reported this straight away with photos and there was no problem and a replacement was sent out immediately. Great service and a great product too, easy to install.”

“Super easy to sort a made to measure hatch for the attic, nice and easy to fit. Also bought the triple ladders set to accompany the hatch. A slight blip in the delivery date, but the team quickly sorted which was appreciated. Only comment would be a watchout for new customers, a small hatch (standard on new houses!) and the triple ladders don't leave much room to get in - it is possible, just a little tight. The ladders could be adjusted to suit which was great. Would recommend as a sensible solution for sure.”

“Nicely manufactured loft access frame and cover. Easy fit although side flanges could do with being longer to ensure that the fixing holes reached beyond the lath ceiling i was dealing with to ensure solid fixings in to timber. Short metal straps solved the problem for me but shame nice unit was impaired by simple change to flange design length. When finally fitted, excellent unit.”

“The loft hatch is of poor construction. I understand it's not the most expensive, but everything about it looks cheap. It will do in the short term, but will likely replace it sooner rather than later. Delivery wasn't as promised”

“Fantastic service. I had a very small loft hatch and couldn't find and standard size hatches to fit. Luckily I found your company online and saw you manufactured bespoke hatches. I banged my dimensions, minus 5mm and bingo, fits like a dream. Happy to see it wasn't a flimsy bit of plastic, but of robust metal construction. Easy to install, no hassles, straight in with no issues. Even managed to fit it on my own with a couple of G clamps Thank you sorting out what would been. otherwise an awkward job.”
