“I bought the larger replacement loft hatch , I was so pleased to actually locate one of similar size . It fitted well , and although not easy , managed to do it myself and I am sevent four . It is light , a bonus , it might seem flimsy to some , but it’s quite adequate . You don’t need anything heavy . Think accidents ! It looks good , works a treat with the pole , and arrived in no time . Reasonable price as well . Thinking about installing a loft ladder now because it works so well .”

“As a Sheetmetal Worker for 50 years,I can say this loft hatch is very well made and the sizes were spot on, only 2 slight problems the door drops at the front , but the instructions says it could take up to 6 months to bed in , the other is a slight distortion of frame, even with the screws backed off , the item was delivered quicker than they said it would be , and was wrapped and packed really well .Much prefer a metal type to a plastic one which in time could fatigue and snap .”

“I ordered a made to measure loft hatch. It was received well within the quoted time frame, and it was a perfect fit. With the he use of a pair of ceiling jacks, I was able to easily fit it without any help.”
