“Very pleased with the loft hatch from Jupiter Blue. I had to order a custom hatch as I could not find a standard one anywhere to fit the opening in our 1970's house. Excellent service from Jupiter Blue with the hatch beging delivered much quicker than forecast. It was easy to fit and looks good - a quality product. For a custom make the price was very reasonable.”

“Was easy to order and the end product is excellent and exactly what I wanted . It was great to be able to order made to measure as many are standard sizes which don’t match my loft space . Only issue was I had no time of delivery so missed it at the first attempt and only got the goods second time as had workmen in who took it in for me . Would be nice to have a rough idea of delivery time”

“The first person I spoke to was very well informed. When I decided to order my bespoke lofy hatch I dealt with Emma, who was extremely helpful, informed, and guided me through my options. Her knowledge of the product ensured my measurments wete accurately taken. The whole process was easy. The hatch arrived to fit in with my busy schedua, which I am sure took some negotiation Between Juniper's Emma and the manufacturer. The hatch arrived and was fitted by my builder, the only slight negative is that one corner of the border or architrave was slightly bent out of shape, which I assume happened in transit by the manufacturers courier. However, i will not hesitate to recommend Jupiter as a first class company to deal with.l”

“Buyer beware I purchased an attic hatch with what I thought was a 'tri-lock '(lock with 2 shoot bolts ) giving 3 fixing points In fact the description on the website was 'tri-drive lock ', which turns out to be a single central catch operated by a triangular key lock. I am replacing an existing hatch cover with a similar central catch which does not now close flush Out of interest I looked up tri drive in the dictionary, 'a three axle vehicle'. (3moving parts) In this case a single triangular key catch.”

“A very nice lift hatch but it would be much easier to fit (especially lone working) if the lid could be fitted after the frame was in place. Fitting the frame with the lid attached is quite difficult.”
