“The company sent the goods, post office destroyed the goods, returned to sender and sender forgot to tell me, the company re sent goods and there were received in due course. Excellent product,good service, just a little lack of communication has put my job behind by two weeks hence four stars:))”

“I ordered a fire rated loft hatch to replace the flimsy plastic one installed by the builders with polystyrene insulation on it, which I am not a fan of due to fire risk. The SD Fire Rated Loft Hatch from Jupiter Blue is extremely good quality one made of metal with thick insulation, the hatch door closes nicely and locks securely. The seals around the loft hatch make it for more airtight than my old unit.”

“I am not impressed with the courier that you use. They been to my place two times when I am out and don't leave the items. So for the reason I don't give you a 5 star. Why they cannot leave when I have instruction in the front for for them to leave in a safe place. Still not delivered.”
