“Bought a bespoke loft hatch from Jupiter Blue for my last property, I was very impressed with the quality of the product, so much so, that having just moved house my first port of call was Jupiter Blue to replace the loft hatch in my new property - another bespoke hatch. Pleased to see it’s the same high quality product. It’s a pleasant change to see something so good is actually ‘Made in Britain’, instead of the rubbish that’s imported from overseas. A suggestion for Jupiter Blue, put a small ‘Made in Britain’ sticker on your products and be proud to sell a British product. From my experience a hIghly recommended seller. 10/10***”

“The product was good and unfortunately it was too big tried to send it back but it was quite a performance. It should be made easier so therefore I couldn't send it back.”

Thank you for your feedback Howard. Our returns policy is inline with most online retailers, in that you have a choice to either send the unused item back to us, or pay for our courier to collect and return to us.

“Great service from Jupiter Blue, ordered a loft hatch and the first one came damaged. The friendly staff were very helpful and ordered me a new one straight away with no problems. The hatch is perfect, insulated too and looks really smart in our bathroom in a single storey extension.”

“Very quick response, over the Easter period and delivery well before the time allocated. Fabulous slimline look and made-to-measure, perfect fit. I would recommend Jupiter Blue Ltd. The only thing we added was a layer of silver-coloured insulating sheet to protect the insulation provided, just in case we knocked it getting in and out of the loft space. Sorry, unable to send photos only have HEIC image.”

“Disappointing. Whilst the overall finish is smart and looks good in place, I can see daylight around the door suggesting it is not sealing properly and therefore letting heat through into the loft (not what I bought it for. The insulation looks as if it has not been finished properly as it is lose in the frame and will likely need taping in place.”
