“I am not impressed with the courier that you use. They been to my place two times when I am out and don't leave the items. So for the reason I don't give you a 5 star. Why they cannot leave when I have instruction in the front for for them to leave in a safe place. Still not delivered.”

Thank you for your valuable feedback Ricardo! We are glad to hear that you are happy with our products and sorry to hear your comment about the delivery. On occasions there are issues with deliveries and in your case we did take action to help resolve the issue. Three stars is more than fair in the circumstances. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and hope to be able to demonstrate this to you with any future orders.
