“I recieved my order within the time scale given. It was well packed. I am very pleased with my new loft hatch unit. It is good quality and the door is insulated. Good locking system. Very pleased with it and would recommend this product.”

“Excellent product. Delivered in just over a week, very well packaged and undamaged. We were delighted with our made to measure insulated hatch. We had to make a minor adjustment to fit our particular shape, couldn’t fault the producer on that, we took that into account when ordering. I would improve 1 thing though. Where the locks come out they tear trough the foil and expose the mineral wool so we’re probably going to apply some duct tape locally to seal that. Maybe that’s something they’ll consider in time.”

“Nice looking made to measure loft hatch. It would have been 5 stars but a bit disappointed with hinge as it's just holes drlled in frame and hatch and a metal rod. No bushes, so I don't know how long it will last .”

“initially ordered access hatch for flue but ordered wrong size. Jupiter Blue were absolutely fantastic to guide me through correct size, place order and have original ones collected. Access hatches very good quality and extremely happy with purchase and customer service.”

“Brilliant company. Ordered a made to order loft hatch and was worried it wouldn't fit but on the day it arrived, removed the old hatch and surround and the new slotted in perfectly. A testament to my measuring skills and Jupiter Blur's build quality!”
