“Great service and product. Fixing screws were missing, but after contacting them, they were posted and arrived the next day. Very well made product, and easy to fit. Recommended to my neighbour who is thinking about changing his loft hatch.”

“Great service, Arrived within the time specified. I'm very pleased with my loft hatch, Fits a treat and was easy enough to install with two people and it looks great, Thank you Jupiter blue. I would recommend this company for sure”

“Good quality gear. My only slight criticism is they sent me a loft latch loose in a tatty old wall fixings box. There were a couple of washers in there and I really had to hunt to find them. Maybe wrap things up and package them a bit better?”

“Ordered a non standard sized loft hatch from Jupiter Blue. Clear instructions provided on line to avoid ordering the wrong side. The hatch arrived within the promised time scale and fit perfectly. Great product, reasonably priced.”
