“Excellent design. Early days, but it seems to be very robustly made. The salesman was extremely pleasant and appeared genuinely concerned that we were satisfied with the product and understood how to use it. We were given a possible waiting time of six weeks but in fact, the whole thing was installed within eight days of the salesman leaving. The two installers were very pleasant, were gone within the hour, and left not a trace that they had been there. All together a very impressive performance backed up by very efficient office staff.”

“I would hve given five stars as it allowed me to enjoy a bath. However, initially, the orange light flashed showing low battery , although this had been charged overnight. The charger showed a green light , but I was told to leave it on for 24hours. It would be helpful if the red light stayed on until the battery was properly fully charged.”

“Andy and James fitted my Bath lift. Arrived in the time slot they had given. Needed an additional part so went to B and Q to get it so they could finish the job that day. Very professional throughout. Pleased with the installation and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy indeed.”

“I waited in for the engineer for the first appointment and no one showed up. When the engineer did turn up he forgot to ask if we had underfloor heating and subsequently had the wrong device. After paying in full for the device there was no follow up to advise of new installation dates, until I called and enquired. Extremely disappointed with the customer services (or lack of). Even the apology was half hearted (at best)”

“We had a bath lift fitted for my wife who suffers with MS, not long after getting it the batteries wouldn't charge. After a phone call they sent another charger out, which still didn't work, so after another phone call they sent another charger......still didn't work. When I phoned them again to say the batteries still didn't work I was told , that had already replaced the batteries....which they hadn't. So I had to buy new batteries at a cost of £130 which I did. When they arrived I googled them to find I could buy them online elsewhere for £16. I got a refund but not the delivery charge.....what a complete rip off of disabled/old people's money, disgusting you should be ashamed.”

“Andy and James fitted my bath lift, they where very good doing the installation. They where both very effective at doing their job. The installation was very professional the demonstration they carried out was very clear and the bathroom was cleaned up after completing the installation. All in all and overall they where very good at their job, before they left they made sure I understood everything about what been done and the operation of the unit. Very pleased with them.”

“The fitting team for our bath lift Matt and Stuart were brilliant from the minute they entered our house to when they left . They carefully explained before starting work what was involved and answered our many questions about the bath lift , they cleaned up thoroughly after the installation , they really deserved 6 Stars . “Debbie, We had our Bath Lift installed this morning, and it all seems fine, however, I have to advise that although the installation guys were polite and friendly, I was very disappointed with their lack of attention with regards to the way they left the bathroom. The bath mat was left screwed up against the back wall; the inside of the bath itself was left dusty/dirty, also, when the guy demonstrated the unit, he cocked his legs over the edge of the bath (with his shoes on), which left scuff marks. Unfortunately, this is not a good reflection of your company, and not at all professional. Fortunately, I am able bodied, and as such, was able to correct these issues, but I would think, as the business is largely associated with disabled customers, there would be many that could not do this, additionally, I don’t expect to have to clear up after your guys, they should leave the room as they found it. The unit itself takes some getting used to, hopefully we will after time.”

“This is my third aqualift in six years. I could not manage to bathe without it. But once the three year warranty expires the company will not do any repairs so if it stops working you have to pay an enormous amount if money to replace it. I call it exploitation of the elderly and vulnerable.”

“The representative who visited, Stuart, was extremely helpful and explained all features clearly, together with providing practical experience using the test rig, so that we would be able to use it easily and safely. He also checked the location where it would be fitted, to ensure that there were no obstacles to fitting the Bath lift. Once we had decided to go ahead, the fitters arrived within about one week and were friendly and helpful, with the Bath lift fitted within a couple of hours, probably less. They ensured that all was operating and that we were familiar with how to use it safely. Whilst it was a little more expensive than we had planned, the resulting service has more than justified the cost. A very good product, with excellent service and to date no problems experienced and none expected.”

“My wife is now able to use the bath, as previously she found it extremely hard to get out of the bath. I would not describe the product as 100% but we are glad that we have had it fitted. The seat does take up space but is useful. The main problems are associated with the cushion seat which does not slide as easily as expected and if you get off the seat to lie back in the bath it floats, so makes lying back difficult. Definitely a far better solution than a walk in bath system”

“It was a luxury to lie in the bath but I have found it very difficult to manoeuvre and most times it makes me feel exhausted. However I will persevere and with practice my problems with the hoist may improve. The installers fitted the hoist well they were polite and caring explaining how to use it. The installers were James P and Andy Y. I do feel the price is rather high.”
