“After ordering bath lift I was never contacted and I always had to phone to find out what was happening and never got a call back after I’d asked questions about arrangements. It was always me having to ask what was happening. I was very frustrated and felt that you weren’t that bothered about my custom.”

“I waited in for the engineer for the first appointment and no one showed up. When the engineer did turn up he forgot to ask if we had underfloor heating and subsequently had the wrong device. After paying in full for the device there was no follow up to advise of new installation dates, until I called and enquired. Extremely disappointed with the customer services (or lack of). Even the apology was half hearted (at best)”

“We had a bath lift fitted for my wife who suffers with MS, not long after getting it the batteries wouldn't charge. After a phone call they sent another charger out, which still didn't work, so after another phone call they sent another charger......still didn't work. When I phoned them again to say the batteries still didn't work I was told , that had already replaced the batteries....which they hadn't. So I had to buy new batteries at a cost of £130 which I did. When they arrived I googled them to find I could buy them online elsewhere for £16. I got a refund but not the delivery charge.....what a complete rip off of disabled/old people's money, disgusting you should be ashamed.”

“First of all the salesman sold us the wrong type of lift for my size of bath, so the first engineer couldn't fit it. Reorder different lift. When 2nd engineer fitting new lift need spacers because of shape of bath side, he had no spacers. Couldn't use lift.Third engineer not enough spacers but could use lift, then the screws in floor came lose so couldn't use lift. 4th engineer came with another spacer but short of a correct screw. 5th engineer came and finally started again from scratch and fitted it securely. How could I recommend this firm after such an experience when other companies sell the same machine .”
