“Very dissatisfied in the after sales I purchased the Aqualift Bath lift on the assurance that it would be fitted 8days later. I contacted customer sales and they didn’t have any record of my appointment! The Salesman contacted the firm while in my house and they agreed on the Fitting Date. I was looking forward to this appliance being fitted as I have been quite Il, and safety in the Bathroom is important. I hope no one else is as dissapointed as me The next fitting date given is Jan2nd Will this happen or shall I cancel the order.”

“Debbie, We had our Bath Lift installed this morning, and it all seems fine, however, I have to advise that although the installation guys were polite and friendly, I was very disappointed with their lack of attention with regards to the way they left the bathroom. The bath mat was left screwed up against the back wall; the inside of the bath itself was left dusty/dirty, also, when the guy demonstrated the unit, he cocked his legs over the edge of the bath (with his shoes on), which left scuff marks. Unfortunately, this is not a good reflection of your company, and not at all professional. Fortunately, I am able bodied, and as such, was able to correct these issues, but I would think, as the business is largely associated with disabled customers, there would be many that could not do this, additionally, I don’t expect to have to clear up after your guys, they should leave the room as they found it. The unit itself takes some getting used to, hopefully we will after time.”

“I had my new Aqualift bath lift fitted just over a week ago. Unfortunately, the fitters flushed all the debris down my bath plug leaving me with a blocked drain. I had to call a plumber out to rectify this. Surly all the debris should of been cleaned up by suppling the fitters with a vacuum cleaner. I reported this to Aqualift and still awaiting a response.”

“all went well except the installation fitter recomended that the transfer seat could not sensibly be fitted because of the closnese of the toilet.I was also a little surprised at the price of the warranty where it seems even the first year costs. no matter it a comfort to be able get in and even more important out of the bath unaided.”

“The fitter shut himself in the bathroom, so I was unable to see what he was doing, I would have requested the fitting slightly different, so I could lie flatter in the bath without moving”
