Debbie, We had our Bath Lift installed this morning, and it all seems fine, however, I have to advise that although the installation guys were polite and friendly, I was very disappointed with their lack of attention with regards to the way they left the bathroom. The bath mat was left screwed up against the back wall; the inside of the bath itself was left dusty/dirty, also, when the guy demonstrated the unit, he cocked his legs over the edge of the bath (with his shoes on), which left scuff marks. Unfortunately, this is not a good reflection of your company, and not at all professional. Fortunately, I am able bodied, and as such, was able to correct these issues, but I would think, as the business is largely associated with disabled customers, there would be many that could not do this, additionally, I don’t expect to have to clear up after your guys, they should leave the room as they found it. The unit itself takes some getting used to, hopefully we will after time.
