“Just recieved delivery and fitting Yesterday Matt a nd Andy.G Arrived exactly on time were very patient in explaining everything to us.when completed. Everything was cleared ,you wouldn't have known work had been,as the bathroom was immaculate.”

“This company tells lie's from start to finish I ordered a bath lift and paid upfront and was informed that if it was not suitable I would receive an instant refund, I have just been told a refund will take up to 14 day's. It took me 30 seconds to pay them, I see no reason they can't do the same.”

“Excellent service from enquiry to getting fitted, given me my independence getting in and out of bath, just find if I lie down in bath, I come off the sitting area and find the belt and sitting pad float up behind me. Think maybe another 6 inches from end of bath would have been better.”

“After ordering bath lift I was never contacted and I always had to phone to find out what was happening and never got a call back after I’d asked questions about arrangements. It was always me having to ask what was happening. I was very frustrated and felt that you weren’t that bothered about my custom.”
