My wife is now able to use the bath, as previously she found it extremely hard to get out of the bath. I would not describe the product as 100% but we are glad that we have had it fitted. The seat does take up space but is useful. The main problems are associated with the cushion seat which does not slide as easily as expected and if you get off the seat to lie back in the bath it floats, so makes lying back difficult.
Definitely a far better solution than a walk in bath system
