Simon and Ian came today to install a bath chair for my 91 year old mum. We were both so very impressed with there speed of installation, very polite and very informative about the product. Thank you for giving my mum the best Christmas present ever and making her smile again 😊

Please be aware that this is not the solution to successful bathing that you think it is! My mum had her AquaLift BathLift fitted in February 2023 and 19 months later is experiencing mechanical faults with the device. The chair lowers her into the bath but fails to lift her up, making a terrible grinding noise and then just stops. Leaving her stranded, not knowing how she will manage to get out of the bath. The visiting engineer advised it was one of the batteries and she had to pay £70.00 for a replacement. Less than 2 months later the same thing has happened again. She alternates the batteries every other week, having charged them for 24 hours or longer before using. So clearly not a battery issue! The customer services representative showed no empathy or compassion to my mum’s ordeal. So very disappointed that this company that claims to give their customers independent bathing have not delivered. Please note that the AquaLift may come with a 4 year warranty but this does not cover the batteries! All in all this has been a terrifying & upsetting experience for a 85 year old lady, who is financially out of pocket, with still no adequate bathing solution.

After a successful visit from Richard in the sales team and a good demonstration. The next day Matt.H came to fit our Aqua lift bath unit did a superb job within an hour he then gave full instructions how to use and look after the unit. Good tidy job polite and friendly . Well done to the Aqua team

Excellent demonstration by salesman. Installed within a week of ordering. The process took under an hour, the bathroom was left clean and tidy and the I had a very good demonstration of the way to use the lift and how to charge the battery.

Following a demonstration of the bath lift, the unit was installed within 4 working days. The fitters arrived on time and completed the job in just over an hour. No fuss mess cleaned up, and operation of the lift was explained and demonstrated to be working. Advice given about initial battery charging, and unit left on charge. Altogether a smooth installation. Thank you.

This company have been amazing from original enquiry. Vanessa was super helpful on the phone, their rep Sam was a real gentleman and put us both at complete ease explaining everything fully and our installation engineers Dan and Brian were such lovely people. Funny, chatty and super helpful explaining everything clearly. We are both super impressed with this company. No hard sell at all and a quality product at an affordable price.

Gary the salesperson unfortunately was unable to demonstrate the product but we had done all the research so were familiar with how it worked. We had ordered from another company but the wait was too long so we cancelled and came to you. How glad we were, as Gary pointed out that it would damage the underfloor heating in our newly refurbished bathroom! The other company hadn’t even mentioned this! He showed us an alternative lift, compatible with underfloor heating. It was more expensive but we needed it so we went ahead. Our lift was fitted yesterday 10 days after ordering. Brian and James had driven from Birmingham to Northumberland leaving at 5am ! They arrived on time and were pleasant and informative from start to finish. The lift was demonstrated by Brian and although it sounds dramatic, it will change my husbands life ! Thank you so much Order number 2127SWQ05345. Hope we are entered in the draw for the hamper ☺️

The customer service were rubbish and somewhat rude this was not all the staff but the people who were rubbish this is you. The fitters Martin and Stewart were brilliant and very helpful they gave me good advice which meant my lift couldn't be fitted I did get a call from customer service who wanted to know why I didn't want mybath lift fitted he was abrupt and told me I would have to wait to get my bath lift fitted I had taken advice by the fitters and they were the guys who knew what they were talking about.

Everyone was exceptional and amazingly kind and thoughtful. From Graham with his demonstration kit, which my friend had a go on, to Craig and Olly who did the actual installation. The demo was last Wednesday 25th and the installation was yesterday, Monday 30th. It was so simple and straightforward. And I’ve had a bath on my own! I feel totally empowered. Brilliant.

I had a demo on Tuesday and was very satisfied with the product. I placed my order on Tuesday afternoon. It was fitted 10 am Thursday morning. I could not wish for a better service. The Fitters James and Brian were very professional, efficient and tidy. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. They left no mess at all, wonderful!! All my questions were readily answered and I was fully briefed on all aspects of usage . Congratulations AquaLift from one very happy customer.

Excellent service from demonstration to fitting. Ian and James were the fitters who arrived at the time advised and fitted and gave a full demonstration and the whole process took approximately 1 hour. Very pleased with the whole process - thoroughly recommend.

Exceptionaly agressive sales person who would not leave when requested to leave and just sat in a chair not speaking. As this lift was required I just wanted a price but this saes person insisted to demonstrate, I then agreed as my wife is very ill. The fitters came and demanded full payment prior to fitting. This was the last straw from a very agressive outfit I declined to pay and requested that they left. I then phoned their sales office and requested that they repay the £460 deposit , after much dicussion and phone calls they agreed to repay after 5-7 days. Solicitors are now to be engaged

Due to your wife being the person the lift was intended for our salesman wanted to ensure all of the correct information was obtained, we are sorry if you felt excluded from this conversation, we have since spoken and confirmed that you are in need of the lift. When you spoke to our customer service manager you agreed to the date that was given and just wanted to provide feedback to which we value. Our terms and conditions are clear that the payment would need to be made on the given installation date, however, we would always make sure an installation is suitable before taking the final payment. We would be unable to install a product without obtaining the balance. We apologise that you remain unhappy with the service received and will ensure your refund is processed as soon as possible. a bit disapoiinted as fittef found my bath was to high for the seat to be fitted the sales did not see this as a problem

Order Number SWQ 332005243 From Brad demonstrating the product and a week later Matt.H and Ian installing the Aqualift, I found the service provided was professional, friendly and efficient. The Aqualift was fitted in a short time with no mess. After installation the product was demonstrated and all questions were answered. Excellent service all round.
