“Both Ian and Tim arrived on time. They were courteous, tidy and explained everything. Mum now loves getting her bath knowing she is safe. Only issue was the installation time. I was advised by the demonstrator that it could be fitted within a week but I had to call and ask for an update and was then told the order was being checked. Got an email that night arranging for installation the following week.”

“Very dissatisfied in the after sales I purchased the Aqualift Bath lift on the assurance that it would be fitted 8days later. I contacted customer sales and they didn’t have any record of my appointment! The Salesman contacted the firm while in my house and they agreed on the Fitting Date. I was looking forward to this appliance being fitted as I have been quite Il, and safety in the Bathroom is important. I hope no one else is as dissapointed as me The next fitting date given is Jan2nd Will this happen or shall I cancel the order.”

“Dean and Neil were both polite and appeared to know what they were doing. They appear to have done a very good job. My concern was that I was not given any prior indication as to what time they would be arriving on the day and they must surely know how many visits they are attempting and the location of the work. It should therefore be possible for anyone being visited that day to be phoned soon after their starting time of 8am and given as accurate a forecast as possible as to when they expect to arrive on the individual site.”

“Tom gave a good presentation and demonstration in a very polite and somewhat comical manner. Martin and Stuart were great at setting up the equipment were polite and gave good advice and information. Price was reasonable. Delivery on time . Bathroom left in good condition. My partner comments that the staff should be combined with the battery charge as different information given in the booklet. But well done lads. Pat Dix”
