“We had a problem getting battery out of our bath lift we called brad and he kindly came and sorted it for us”

“Ian and Billy arrived on Wednesday to adapt our bath. They were hard working and cheerful. Once the equipment was installed, they demonstrated the best way to use it. In short, they were very professional. Indeed, they were so dedicated they had to be reminded to drink the tea/coffee supplied!”

“I am very happy with the fitting of my new bath lift . My fitters Brad and Glyn Said they would be here at 830 and were a quick fitting no mess . They explained the workings and charging of the battery and other safety matters. Very polite excellent service.”

“Hi, I am very pleased with the Bathlift I had installed. The service from start to finish was excellent. The whole process was well explained in the home demonstration. Martin & Stuart were very efficient, courteous, neat and tidy. Also provided a full walk through of all the features and info needed about the bathlift before they went, to ensure I was happy. “After 7 years of use everyday, the motor showed signs of being on it's last legs. A quick call to Aqualift and a representative visited to assess the problem that very afternoon. The motor was on it's way out. I certainly got my money's worth out of this unit! Within 3 working days, Simon & Gary called and fitted a complete new system. Lovely polite people. Whole heartedly recommend the product & the people!”

“Martin & Stuart the installation team who visited my Grandma's property today to complete installation were brilliant! They were very courteous, funny, tidy and a great asset to the business! They worked quickly, very tidy, took away all the rubbish and explained how to use the product very simply. They also ran through the manual and highlighted what to do if any other questions.
