“The price is to high not value for money also is it waterproof?. The work men were far from professional they should have put a cover in the bath plus taken there boots off. Also the one sat in the bath to demonstrate with his boots on not impressed.”

“First of all the salesman sold us the wrong type of lift for my size of bath, so the first engineer couldn't fit it. Reorder different lift. When 2nd engineer fitting new lift need spacers because of shape of bath side, he had no spacers. Couldn't use lift.Third engineer not enough spacers but could use lift, then the screws in floor came lose so couldn't use lift. 4th engineer came with another spacer but short of a correct screw. 5th engineer came and finally started again from scratch and fitted it securely. How could I recommend this firm after such an experience when other companies sell the same machine .”

“It only took fitters Ihr to fit Aquabath .Can’t wait to try it out.Service was spot on.Wish I’d bought one years ago .I’ve had showers for years because my arms were to weak to get into and out of the Bathlift wasn’t until I had an accident did I look into Aquabath .”

“Aqualift responded almost too quickly when I replied by telephone one afternoon to their letter offering a replacement bath lift (the old one had broken down, but they did not know this). Their salesman called that same evening; about 24 hours later I heard from them that the new unit would be fitted the next day, which it was. NB My payment was made by credit card; i initially told my card issuer that 'Kingswood' was unknown. it turned out to be the name of Aqualift's parent company - I might have been warned!”

“I had my new Aqualift bath lift fitted just over a week ago. Unfortunately, the fitters flushed all the debris down my bath plug leaving me with a blocked drain. I had to call a plumber out to rectify this. Surly all the debris should of been cleaned up by suppling the fitters with a vacuum cleaner. I reported this to Aqualift and still awaiting a response.”

“Customer service was very good. Explained everthing well. A little pricey. I am not 100% confident with the lift. To much shuffling on a mat that slides when lowering and raising. Unable to use the seat to lift my legs over. I step into the bath to sit on the band. I Do not feel completely safe going up and down. The demonstration was easier as the band was level instead of on a slope.”

“I found the demonstration thorough and the fitting very efficient. I have now used the lift for a few weeks and I am very pleased it gets me to the bottom of the bath, to soak and relax, and back again very comfortably as I needed. Charging the battery once a week is very easy. My only negative feeling is that it is more highly priced than it need be.”
