“On first use after installation the belt folded over on itself and became even more creased in the second time I used the lift. I telephoned your help line and was told to lower the belt from the unit which I did and unfolded the double crease in the belt by hand and returned it to the wall base and am keeping my fingers cross that this fault does not happen again when I try again tonight. Ann C”

“salesman came showed me where it would fit and how it works. took my order, and within a fortnight. fitters came and fit AquaLift. and tested it to make sure it worked properly. and now I can atlast I can have a bath. some thing that I couldnt do through being disabled.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Good quality and extremely reasonable price. I was kept informed of progress of order and was installed within 2 weeks I am having a little difficulty with the Velcro bath seat, but I think I will become more confident that it’s not going to slide under me in time”

“Aqualift responded very quickly to my enquiry. Pete the salesman came to see me a couple of day later on the Thursday, demonstrated the unit to me which was extremely easy to use. The installation was scheduled for the following Tuesday and Matt & Ionut arrived promptly in the afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble they demonstrated the unit when installation was complete, gave me excellent advice regarding the charging and maintenance of the batteries. They left my bathroom nice and clean in excellent order and completed the setup in less than an hour. Great service from all concerned. I’m so looking forward to being able to take a good long soak in the tub again and not rely on the shower which was becoming so difficult.”

“Tried to book a demonstration - failed The website says "One of our trained advisors can bring a demonstration unit to your home so you can trial the AquaLift in your living room." I tried to book a demonstration to see how easy it was to use for my disabled daughter. They wouldn't book the demo without knowing what bath we had - as we are currently designing a disabled bathroom, the type of bath will be dependant on whether a belt lift will work. Understanding that we might design the bathroom around the lift was beyond them. This is particularly mad the as the website clearly states the demo allows you to trial the lift in the living room! Such a shame.”

“This bath lift has been a godsend to me, having to rely on a shower previously, being able to have a long soak in the bath is heaven thanks so much to Gary for visiting me to go through the benefits and workings of the bathlift, answering all my concerns and queries fully and reassuring me that the bath lift is easy to use and was suitable for me.
