“Dean and Neil were both polite and appeared to know what they were doing. They appear to have done a very good job. My concern was that I was not given any prior indication as to what time they would be arriving on the day and they must surely know how many visits they are attempting and the location of the work. It should therefore be possible for anyone being visited that day to be phoned soon after their starting time of 8am and given as accurate a forecast as possible as to when they expect to arrive on the individual site.”

“a bit disapoiinted as fittef found my bath was to high for the seat to be fitted the sales did not see this as a problem”

“Demonstration was wonderful and myself and wife tried the system happily with guidance. We placed an order and it was swiftly installed by Matt and Martin whom were a jolly pair and did a fab install. I have struggled to use it now installed and slid off and unable to lay in the bath and have gotten stuck!”

“Excellent service from enquiry to getting fitted, given me my independence getting in and out of bath, just find if I lie down in bath, I come off the sitting area and find the belt and sitting pad float up behind me. Think maybe another 6 inches from end of bath would have been better.”

I was kept informed of progress of order and was installed within 2 weeks I am having a little difficulty with the Velcro bath seat, but I think I will become more confident that it’s not going to slide under me in time”

“The only thing I am finding difficult is the cushion”

“I would hve given five stars as it allowed me to enjoy a bath. However, initially, the orange light flashed showing low battery , although this had been charged overnight. The charger showed a green light , but I was told to leave it on for 24hours. It would be helpful if the red light stayed on until the battery was properly fully charged.”

“Took a little time to get used to. One criticism is that the slip cushion floats making it quite difficult to lie down.”

“This is my third aqualift in six years. I could not manage to bathe without it. But once the three year warranty expires the company will not do any repairs so if it stops working you have to pay an enormous amount if money to replace it. I call it exploitation of the elderly and vulnerable.”

“My wife is now able to use the bath, as previously she found it extremely hard to get out of the bath. I would not describe the product as 100% but we are glad that we have had it fitted. The seat does take up space but is useful. The main problems are associated with the cushion seat which does not slide as easily as expected and if you get off the seat to lie back in the bath it floats, so makes lying back difficult. Definitely a far better solution than a walk in bath system”

“It was a luxury to lie in the bath but I have found it very difficult to manoeuvre and most times it makes me feel exhausted. However I will persevere and with practice my problems with the hoist may improve. The installers fitted the hoist well they were polite and caring explaining how to use it. The installers were James P and Andy Y. I do feel the price is rather high.”

“The price is to high not value for money also is it waterproof?. The work men were far from professional they should have put a cover in the bath plus taken there boots off. Also the one sat in the bath to demonstrate with his boots on not impressed.”

“Customer service was very good. Explained everthing well. A little pricey. I am not 100% confident with the lift. To much shuffling on a mat that slides when lowering and raising. Unable to use the seat to lift my legs over. I step into the bath to sit on the band. I Do not feel completely safe going up and down. The demonstration was easier as the band was level instead of on a slope.”

“I found the demonstration thorough and the fitting very efficient. I have now used the lift for a few weeks and I am very pleased it gets me to the bottom of the bath, to soak and relax, and back again very comfortably as I needed. Charging the battery once a week is very easy. My only negative feeling is that it is more highly priced than it need be.”

“A good demonstration and efficient and fast fitting. I find the tilting to one side disconcerting as the belt goes down and up again but I expect I will get used to it. The belt cover tends to get caught up in the motor bit when rising. I have stopped using that.”
