The representative who visited, Stuart, was extremely helpful and explained all features clearly, together with providing practical experience using the test rig, so that we would be able to use it easily and safely. He also checked the location where it would be fitted, to ensure that there were no obstacles to fitting the Bath lift. Once we had decided to go ahead, the fitters arrived within about one week and were friendly and helpful, with the Bath lift fitted within a couple of hours, probably less. They ensured that all was operating and that we were familiar with how to use it safely. Whilst it was a little more expensive than we had planned, the resulting service has more than justified the cost. A very good product, with excellent service and to date no problems experienced and none expected.
