“The Aqualift rep visited us on Monday and was very courteous and polite. We placed an order and the unit was fitted on Friday in about half an hour. We have used it a few times and find it very simple and safe.”

“A good demonstration and efficient and fast fitting. I find the tilting to one side disconcerting as the belt goes down and up again but I expect I will get used to it. The belt cover tends to get caught up in the motor bit when rising. I have stopped using that.”

“Terrible after service. Had a 2nd unit fitted for my mother and this has failed again after 16 month of bathing twice weekly. Been told out of warranty. Been trying to get new battery sent. Phone call after phone call... to be constantly told lies that its been sent. 3 weeks on still nothing. Not happy at all with this companys poor service.”

“all went well except the installation fitter recomended that the transfer seat could not sensibly be fitted because of the closnese of the toilet.I was also a little surprised at the price of the warranty where it seems even the first year costs. no matter it a comfort to be able get in and even more important out of the bath unaided.”
