“Very fast delivery. Colour of laces on the boots and the internal material colour was not as bright as shown in the website so this was misleading but not enough to send boots back.”

“Excellent product. I have now purchased 3 different pairs, for operational purposes and personal use. This recent purchase is the first direct from Lowa and the service was brilliant. The operational pairs are worn a lot and are not only comfortable but also very durable. I have, over the years, purchased various brands but none hold up to the standard of Lowa. Highly recommend and will be making more purchases direct from Lowa in the future.”

“This is a odd review. I have very wide feet & normal use another brand, but had heard and read such good things I want to try them, even though I selected the wide fit, they still weren’t wide enough. Here’s the weird bit. They are still fantastic boots of an incredibly high standard, flawless in their finish. So if you have regular width feet I highly recommend these boots.”

“I have worn Lowa hiking boots for many years both for thousands of miles of walking and also as my preferred motorcycle boots, serving as an ideal riding boot with ankle protection and suitable for wandering around when you arrive somewhere unlike dedicated bikers boots. I've found them durable and comfortable and they make size 14 👏👏”

“Disappointing. Ordered 2 pairs of boots but was then contacted to say that 1 pair was out of stock. I asked to cancel my order but was told that 1 pair had already been sent and I would now need to arrange for this to be returned before it could be refunded. Not the customer service I would expect and not likely to shop again.”

“Very easy to order, delivery was super quick at no additional cost and the product was as described.. The only thing I should of probably changed was to a thicker more comfortable, softer insole.”
