Very disappointed. Bought these as direct replacement for an old pair, which had fitted perfectly and not given a moment's trouble. Despite being the same shoe at, supposedly, the same size, the replacements were far too small. Replaced those with a pair half a size bigger and now one side fits fine but the other is too big and my foot moves inside the shoe. Not impressive for such an expensive shoe. Only marking as high as 4 as the old pair had been so good.

Hi, this is a difficult review to write because, I like to shoes, I bought size 10, same as my last pair of Lowa Renegade which I have only stopped using as the sole has warn out. I wore my Bellagio for 2 days indoors, they were a little tight but all shoes are and thought they would be fine when worn in. Sadly now out and about they are notrelaxing to my feet but rubbing hard on the top of my big toes I have used the correct sprys, hasnt softened them, really disappointed, is there anything you can do ?

Hi Paul, Thanks for your review, but sorry to hear you're unhappy with the fit on your Bellagio shoes. Generally speaking, while leather will naturally adapt to the foot a little bit, but we wouldn’t expect it to change drastically. If you haven't done so already, you can reach out to the Customer Experience team on hello@lowa.co.uk, and they should be able to take a look more specifically and see if there's anything they can suggest to help. Thanks, LOWA UK

Review of Lowa Brush. Poor quality, poor finish. Rough edges causing splinters

I bought a pair of Lowa boots 13 months ago. They weren't cheap and they started leaking but Lowa wouldn't honor the guarantee because that's only for 12 months. They did offer me a 40% discount on a new pair. Even with the discount I still ended up paying 180 pounds. So I accepted this offer. Separately I have bought some waterproofing agent which I have applied to my new boots in the hope that they will last longer than the old pair. If they don't I certainly won't be paying for a third pair! The new pair arrived with a slight mark on the surface but to be honest I'm beyond caring about cosmetics I just need something to keep my feet dry.

Initially the boots were fine but on day 2 of the hike I had blisters on both small toes and the insoles were hard to walk on.

After several pairs of San Francisco GTX and Strato Evo Lo i'd thought id upgrade to Renegrade GTX Lo and whilst they may be great in the outdoors they are terrible in the urban enviroment. Any urban surface that is not Macadam based is slippy underfoot and you end up cautiously navagating the urban world. Not ideal. Ive tried the Explorer Lo and they seem nose heavy and not suited to me. LOWA Bring back some crossover traveller footware, something thats not hardcore and still quality - 5 Stars for San Francisco and Strato Evo but a lowly 2 for the Renegade GTX

This was my 4th pair of this shoe and sadly it does not perform as well as previous pairs. thier grip on slippery surfaces seems to deteriorated; I assume you have changed the composition of th sole material. either way they do not inspire confidence when on wet surfaces. To the point I was walking recently in Cumbria and slipped twice when descending Helvelen and went and purchased a pair of fell runner trainers to complete my stay. The lowa shoes have been relegated to caual local walking

Lowa‘s insole is bad.I didn't wear this in the heavy rain day or heavy hiking usage. But the edge of the insole separated. Only 2 week!

Boots were too narrow. Returned for exchange to wider fitting but issued a refund without explanation. Pity, looked to be nice boots.

The pro version of the Innox Evo is no where near the quality of the Innox Evo GTX. The sizing is also different, I returned my pair. I have nerve damage on my right leg and the GTX is the only shoe that keeps me in the correct position and is comfortable thorughout a day of wear. I contacted LOWA and have been advised the GTX II is out end of may. I eagerly await this release.

Comfortable. Lightweight for leather. Waterproofing failed after 2 years = c. 1,500km = c. 80 hikes over moderate-to-easy terrain. Not impressed.

Followed the instructions, clean, cream then spray. First walk in the wet resulted in a creamy milky discharge from the shoe
