“Just got these a month ago and I am walking around 5k a day in them at the moment and I must say they feel great. I got some new insoles in them because I have weird feet but can’t fault them at the moment, we will see at the end of November when I return from EBC.”

“The service from Lowa was excellent. I’ve chosen Lowa for many years notwithstanding shortcomings in the boots mainly with seams coming apart and soles wearing out too soon. They are extremely comfortable . My new Renegades have reinforced seams and a tougher vibram sole. I am just about to recommence a 2500 mile charity walk so I’ll let you know how good they are once I’ve finished just before Christmas. Watch this space!”

“Love these shoes - Maddox Pro GTX Lo. Of course the best shoes are the ones that fit you, and these are just right for me. Bought them for walking when too warm for boots. They're not too hot, but are waterproof and seem robust. Used them for moderate mountain hiking and for biking and they held up well. Heel support is especially good, and the soles are grippy. Happy.”

“I am a size 9 but i decided to purchase 9.5 and use a thicker sock. Wore them today for first time, straight out of box. 2 hour walk over varying terrain. Ground was wet from showers. I found the boots very comfortable and experienced no problems with grip. This is my first pair of Lowa and the early signs look very promising. Very pleased with my purchase.”
