“The first pair of boots i ordered where a little small but there was no problems sending them back as they came with a free post/ returns sticker. to avoid buying the wrong boot again i email them for advice especially as i have some orthopaedic issues. i got a very detailed reply with lots of great information and advice. Now just looking forward to my boots ariving!”

“My Husband and I both bought a pair of Lowa walking shoes. They are sturdy, durable and comfortable and look good. I really like the fact the Lowa have wide fittings and half sizes. It’s made such a difference. The ordering process and delivery was super efficient. Would definitely use them again.”

“I have had these boots only a couple of months and used lightly yet they are leaking through the seams despite my using most of a tin of Lowa spray and the Lowa cream treatment. They have started leaking while walking in wet grass (not during rainfall) which is highly disappointing for what I expected to be quality boots at this price”

“I’m very happy with my purchase and the service provided. Was drawn in by the wide foot versions so slightly disappointed that they didn’t have any stock my size. Finally settled on a regular width larger boot, but took a couple of tries to find the right size for my feet. Their returns policy very much afforded me to take the time to get it right. Super simple and quick.”
