“top quality walking boots and top service by the team: the store sent two pairs of different sizes to try on at home, using express courier for next day delivery, and included a prepaid return label; we kept one pair and sent back the second - a seamless and rewarding experience, highly recommended”

“I have two pairs of Lowa boots. Wet weather all leather Gore.Tex Mountain Range and Renegade Evo GTX MID. Also good in wet weather but lighter for sunny weather. My sport is archery and competing in Germany 2027 IFAA World Bowhunter Championship representing Wales. Having the right equipment is essential, having the edge is the difference between Gold or Silver.”

“I love Lowa, having had a pair of Zephyr GTX for a very long time. I'm just as happy Innovos and would recommend anyone to try Lowa for comfortable, quality, long lasting footwear”

“They fit a bit small sadly but I’d worn them too much to return them and a size up would be too big. As a result, after a couple of hours in them you really feel it against the end of your toes. Sad as they’re great boots otherwise and usually do the job”

“Lowa make the best hiking boots around. I've had my renegades for nearly 10 years and although they've been battered, they're still comfy, durable and waterproof. They'd last me another 10 but when I cns afford I'll most likely replace them for a different colour! Best boots around”

“bought these after a prompt from my brother-in-law. easy to order and would have no doubts about return. The only issue was with the carrier (DPD) who conjured up some story for why they couldn't deliver (or perhaps i was the last of the day and too far to drive). Eventually got then after 2 attempts Still. fabulous boots. A little heavier than I expected but I'm saving them for Spring & Autumn and will look at their Innovo GTX Mid for summers”

“The service Lowa provide was second to none! I ordered the insoles for my mountain lowa boots, which unfortunately are not comfortable and feel like there is no cushioning in them and make my feet ache - I have emailed, awaiting a response”

“I tried many many boots on and had settled on the lowa renegade, once I had tried them on i wasn't going to settle for anything less because they were the most comfortable boots I've ever had on my feet! Unfortunately the stores near me only had olive and brown color in stock, so when I found the black/blue ones online I was so happy! Ordered and they arrived within a week just in time for hiking up Ben Nevis! Very happy with boots they did not let me down, great fit for someone like me who has a bit of a wider foot. Thank you Lowa very happy customer!”

“Ive been buying Lowa shoes for a while now and they really are quality footwear. I'm always dubious buying shoes online as it's a bit of a chance whether they will fit but they always do and they offer free returns anyway. Ordered Friday afternoon and they were delivered Monday. Great company to deal with highly recommended footwear and customer service.”

“A definite 10/10 A* review. Last minute me as always I realised my 15 year old Lowa boots were finally not wearable for my upcoming African trek. I ordered the same pair which promptly arrived and weren't suitable as I ordered normal not wider width ! I then returned and ordered 2 sizes in wider width settling on the larger size 3 days before my trek. I cannot fault the whole process of ordering, returning and prompt refunds More importantly, my boots have more than met the challenge - gorilla trekking, swamp walking, chimpanzee trekking, game drives. They are so comfortable, supportive also. I would most definitely recommend Lowa to anyone needing boots albeit walking or trekking. They are now in need of a good clean tho and I'll be emailing to find out the best products. / or do you provide a.cleaning service ?”
