“1st pair I have bought after asking a friend for a recommendation. Expensive but worth it. I bought this pair on a 50% discount. Will definitely recommend and buy again when I need to but have been told they are long lasting. I walk daily with my dog and so far I cannot complain. Comfy from day one. No blisters and light. Wish I’d found them sooner”

“Ordered online via Lowa website 17th Feb. Boots arrived 19th Feb. Great. Size was not right. Returned via post office using the supplied return label within 2 hrs of receiving them (19th Feb). Received by you 2 days later. I'm still waiting to be refunded or even notified that a refund is being processed. You say on your website that refunds will be processed in 2-3 days... I was considering ordering a different size, but this is not leaving a great impression of Lowa with me for future purchases.”

“I bought these because I wanted some light ankle boots for walks in the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. They were comfy out of the box really waterproof and great for the walks around Borrowdale this week.”

The Taurus boots from this order were ordered on the 8th Feb, and the tracking shows they were delivered on the 10th. “My 2nd pair of Lowa and yet again they do exactly as required. Comfy straight out the box and a weeks walking in Fife along high and low roads. Look good but even better on the feet. What I have come to expect from Lowa. Well done.”

“I had to return the boots because although they were labeled women’s size 6, they were much too big and possibly incorrectly labeled. I usually buy a 6 in Lowa so was very surprised that they felt like a much larger boot”

“It's genuinely true these are comfortable straight out of the box and need barely any breaking in (if you get the right size of course). Waterproof and lightweight, a really great brand. The soles still need to get a little scuffed as they can be a little slippy when new.”

“I was greatly helped by a gentleman on the phone at Lowa when I wanted to place an order for a replacement pair of walking boots when my previous pair wore out. I received two identical pairs in two different sizes so that I could select the better fit and return the other. They arrived promptly and well-wrapped. I returned the other pair within a few days and hope to receive confirmation that they were received soon.”
