“Really good service. The boots arrived quickly and in good condition. Unfortunately had to return as much as I loved them, one pair was too small, the other pair were slightly more heavy duty than I required. Both were well made and looked good. The sizing advice on site was precise, it told me that I needed a 4.5 when I am a 4 everyday. This proved to be correct. Returns were dealt with promptly and efficiently. No complaints. I am now just waiting for the boots I would like to become available in the right size and colour...”

“Great quality and very comfortable boots. They took a small amount of breaking which was easily done just by wearing them around the house and lacing them well. I wore them around the Peak District over varying terrain for 3 days and had zero issues. Couldn't recommend them more.”

“Lowa's customer care was great! We realized we made a mistake with the delivery address, so we wrote an email and it was resolved immediately. The boots were delivered fast, and are very comfortable and durable. It was also nice that they provided an easy way to return them if the fitting wasn't quite right, which was my biggest concern, but it wasn't necessary. I chose the shoe size based on their size guide, and they fit nicely!”

“I have worn Lowa for about 10 years — and for about 320 days in each year! They were fully approved by my podiatrist ( who supplies a simple orthotic for me). Under such constant use ( often on hard pavements) the soles last about 2 1/2 years, but I then relegate them for garden use. An excellent shoe!!”

“I bought Randir GTX boots. The price was great, delivery was as advertised. These boots were comfortable straight from the box. Ive had them out for some dog walking, but did about 12 miles in my local hills yesterday and no problems at all with the boots, no blisters or hot spots. So Im very pleased. Ive had no chance to test them in wet weather yet, I don't have any worries though. All in all Im very pleased.”

“The right shoe was perfect but unfortunately the left shoe had a ridge on the insole and was a bit uncomfortable so I had to return. I will be reordering the same shoes once I receive my refund.”

“I am a Lowa convert. My Innox Pro boots are light, very comfortable and well made. The sales team could not have been more friendly and helpful. They alerted me when my size was back in stock and honoured a show discount from the previous month. Looking forward to getting the boots really muddy!”

“My new 'summer' boots are exactly what i have come to expect from Lowa.Both my wife and I have 3 pairs of Lowa each.After an initall long walk when they felt very tight/new and quite a few more hike's since,i am more than pleased with their performance......it look's as if my 'Tibet's' will not get another outing until winter !! Many thank's again for agreat product!”
