“Very good service. They didn't have in stock one box of what I required, but they let me know immediately, and I was okay with an exchange for similar rather than the few day wait. The difference was refunded straight away. Delivery was fast and as promised. I will buy from here again in future!”

“We had a barbecue emergency where we needed some wood and charcoal for a party the next day, which was a Saturday. I spoke on their online chat and they said they’d keep an eye out for my order and make sure it would get sent. True to their word, they deliberately chose a carrier who was better at Saturday deliveries, and it came in plenty of time. Top service from them, even though they’re not the cheapest, I would shop from them again.”

“Booked a delivery online for a Tuesday on my day off, only to be texted whilst at work on Monday morning coming today between 10. 45/11.45 immediately tried to get in touch with customer services, who said they'd call me back, took 2 hours before they did, 15 mins before the delivery was due, had no option but take 1/2 days unpaid leave, legged it home to find as I turned the corner white van and man banging on my door, telling me all my stuff was blocking his van, then I had to unload the van myself, it was a truly horrendous experience, where have pallet ways gone they were a great delivery service. It also a good job it was wood being delivered as all the boxes were banged and busted up. I'm so dissapointed as the quality of the wood is superb, you need to rethink your delivery service, as having to take unpaid leave made the cost of the wood extortionate. Probably the last order from me.”

“We got some logs. They burned well! The end. Well, actually, they were pizza oven kindling blocks, and almost too neat to burn - could have used them for Jenga. But yes, great service, maybe a little pricier than if we’d shopped around some more, but good quality so not complaining :)”
