Arrived without notice, emailed but got no reply ( initial delivery cancelled). Not sure how much heat logs emit, been burning for 2 weeks , room doesn’t seem as warm as previous logs.

Very expensive! I underestimated how many logs I would get for 40kg...not a lot! I won't be purchasing again. Good delivery though

The delivery was quick but the quality/size of the logs this time was poor. There were hardly any decent sized logs and most of the pallet was more like large sticks of kindling.

Despite selecting a delivery date and having email confirmation of my order, my logs arrived over a week and a half late and there was zero communication from logs online that my order was going to be late until the day it shipped (despite the shipping date being 5 days after the expected delivery date). When I contacted logs online for information about my order, I initially got no response and then was told they would need to find out and would let me know the next day. There was zero proactive communication from them at all.

Ordered logs in June. Didn’t turn up when expected and we were not contacted. On contacting them I was told delivery would be the following week. We are still waiting for the delivery and it is now September.

I ordered Jumbo XL 1.8rm Crate Kiln Dried Birch Logs at a cost of £429.99 on the 17th July 23 estimated delivery 24th July. On the 19th July I had an e-mail saying the logs would be delivered the following week. The order did not come, after many on-line 'chats' and e-mails, until the 8th August. The hold up, apparently, was slow Customs clearance - these logs are, therefore, imported. I cannot order from this site again as I live in the countryside and have to be assured that when I order I will get my order within a week especially if bad weather is forecast. So Logs Online you do not have a happy customer and I will not be dealing with you again unless you can vastly improve your delivery times.

Logs turned up quickly, labeled incorrectly as kindling but after explanation this was OK. Should have been 4kg only received 3.3kg still awaiting remaining items.

Disappointed this time. Have used Logs Online a few times in the past and have been very happy, but the quality of our last order was not great. Some mahoosive logs that are too big for our wood burner and a lot of scraps that are little more than kindling. Did report to customer services who replied to say they'd look into it - nothing further though. May look elsewhere next time

Delivery date changed from what was originally agreed so I eventually took delivery 4 days later. Also not good value for money as the volume delivered was less than expected making this very expensive. In terms of cost would not order again

The delivery experience was a real trial: a cantankerous delivery guy who was prepared to leave a 250Kg pallet on the pavement (preventing wheelchaired neighbours from passing) had I not insisted on his moving it onto the drive. The supplier's insistence on covering the pallet in plastic/cellophane is ludicrously environmentally unfriendly. The initial contact with the supplier was good - friendly and helpful lady on the end of the phone who organised delivery date, etc. But I am reverting to my usual supplier (he had Covid and could not make this delivery slot) as he is better value and delivers without the hassle of this experience.

Nice logs but the expected delivery date was missed twice. Had to engage them to pursue delivery and due to the disruption they put on me agreed to throw in some kindling. Delivery then arrived before the agreed date and without the free kindling.

Sadly the service at the moment is poor - the website advertises a delivery time frame that they can't meet and there is no communication to let you know that the order is delayed. You can select a delivery date when ordering but our crate arrived a week after we expected it by which time we had run out of wood. We understand that there are problems with all supply chains but perhaps be more honest on your website and at the very least tell your customers if the delivery is delayed.

Steve, thanks for your feedback .These delivery problems were not nationwide and down to a few palletways depots that had not enough resources to deliver per their promise. During the Petrol crisis's everyone started buying firewood they didn't need and allots of other stuff got send through the pallet network that in some regions of the UK fell over and could not cope with the volume of pallets, we had no warning of this. Unfortunately some customers like yourself were delayed by this. We had not experienced a situation like it. Things are now a little more settled. In you case we will upgrade free of charge all your orders to premium next day delivery to ensure you get your logs as fast as possible.
Logsonline were actually ok, the problem I have is with palletways, the transportation company they use. My logs arrived late and on top of that I had a whole corner of the bottom of the pallet empty of logs, they either fell out or someone helped themselves to a reasonable amount of my firewood. I’m gonna put the missing logs down to the transport company and would use logsonline again only if the change the transportation company.

The logs are great but I paid a fortune for the delivery but they left heavy boxes at my neighbours gate instead of mine. I couldn’t lift them and had to transfer them a few logs at a time to my property. Not happy about that and probably won’t use them again despite a good product.

We have a normal width driveway with the garage at the top, the truck driver initially refused to take the truck up the driveway and wanted to drop the logs curb-side claiming there is not enough width, only when I threatened to send it back he agreed and reversed up the driveway. The logs are fairly small, and very dry, probably fine for woodburner but burn too quickly in the open fireplace. Will not be ordering again.
