“Despite selecting a delivery date and having email confirmation of my order, my logs arrived over a week and a half late and there was zero communication from logs online that my order was going to be late until the day it shipped (despite the shipping date being 5 days after the expected delivery date). When I contacted logs online for information about my order, I initially got no response and then was told they would need to find out and would let me know the next day. There was zero proactive communication from them at all.”

“Didn’t receive my solo stove grill bundle, which was purchased as a gift. Phoned logs online- they apologised and said they would send another one out-I didn’t receive that one either. I asked for a refund which was processed immediately. But all very disappointing. (Neither of the stoves ever turned up- so goodness knows where they were delivered to!)”

“Logs were ordered 1st Feb delivery was requested for 15th Feb which was my day off (emergency services worker) they never turnt up and I heard nothing - apoarently they tried to deliver them on the 16th but I was at work. So now I can only hope they turn up on my next precious days off. Never used before and doubt I will ever use again.”

“Logs delivered 2 days before the date I requested. Could have been awkward. Also delivered in a crate, not just a pallet. Lot of wood to get rid of. Other than that all OK.”
