“Very happy with the quality of the Birch kiln dried logs I have recently received. Good variation in log size but none too big to go in a log burner. I choose to have them delivered in nets as that makes it easy for me to carry from the pallet to my storage area. Would recommend Logs online”

“I ordered a mega crate of birch logs at the last minute and was given a delivery date, the lorry driver contacted me with an estimated time and she arrived exactly on time, fortunately she has delivered to me a few times so knew where the logs were going, nothing was too much trouble and she was very polite and cheerful. I would definitely recommend to others with log burners or fires 10/10”

“Whilst the logs were fine, the delivery was a disaster. Despite acknowledgment of our warnings, the logs arrived on a truck that was too large for our lane which then blocked the lane during delivery and damaged our neighbours hedges and fences.”

We had given clear instructions to our delivery partners regarding your access restrictions, and it’s disappointing that these were not followed. We always aim to ensure that customers with narrow lanes or limited access receive the smallest vehicle possible – which is a 7.5-ton lorry. Unfortunately, in this case, that process clearly broke down. “Logs on line have delivered to me for 3 years now & the wood quality is perfect for my log burner. I order a pallet which causes the delivery men some challenges because I have a stone driveway, despite me explaining this every time on the order form. My only complaint (as such) is that I specifically asked if I could arrange a delivery date (to which the answer was yes) but the delivery was sent out anyway... order date 25/08, email confirmation of DISPATCH date 27/09 followed by a telephone message telling me the driver was unable to make the delivery on 28/09.... my request was for September (29/09). "Luckily" the driver got held up or both of us would've been really inconvenienced. Not sure if the log peoples delivery option is faulty, or if the transport people were given the wrong information but there is an obvious lack of communication somewhere - my invoice clearly states the requested delivery date. Happened last year as well, lucky I was home.”

“Logs are great as expected. Had a but if a glitch with delivery this time where it took 2 days to get from the delivery company to me despite the tracking updating every hour. First time Thais happened so I’ll let them off. Kevin from customer services was excellent and on the case immediately. Will still use logs online as never had a problem with their products.”

“The logs are absolutely fine. Unfortunately, they were delivered by a man in a curtain sider transit type vehicle with a tail lift and only only a mechanical handler to move the pallet. The handler wasn't man enough to lift the whole pallet so we had to manually unload 25 - 30 nets before we could get the pallet off the vehicle. Good thing I'm fit! Also, the email regarding delivery arrived after the start of the delivery time period. Apart from that.....”
