“I ordered Birch this time as I still had a lot of oak left over from last year. I am delighted with the price and delighted with the service from logs on line. I have recommended your firm to several neighbours who also have log burners, so if you have any deliveries into the ch65 or ch66 postcodes, then you will know where the recommendations originators.”

“The logs are absolutely fine. Unfortunately, they were delivered by a man in a curtain sider transit type vehicle with a tail lift and only only a mechanical handler to move the pallet. The handler wasn't man enough to lift the whole pallet so we had to manually unload 25 - 30 nets before we could get the pallet off the vehicle. Good thing I'm fit! Also, the email regarding delivery arrived after the start of the delivery time period. Apart from that.....”

The logs the second time around were not as good a quality, the majority were very small, so much so, they were more like scrap pieces than logs. The delivery driver was very helpful.”

“Second time ordering from LogsOnline and both times impressed by the quality of the logs and ease of delivery. They are an ideal size for my woodburning stove - not too big a some can be from other suppliers. My local woodyard is cheaper but they just dump the logs in a pile on the drive so have to be stacked immediately. To have the logs delivered securely on a pallet is a godsend and gives time to sort. The delivery driver was friendly and placed the Jumbo pallet exactly where I wanted it. I will always order from LogsOnline now.”

“Ordered these logs as it states suitable for pizza ovens. Was a bit disappointed to find the logs were way too big for a standard pizza oven, so had to be chopped smaller to fit. Picture shows fairly small logs which was a little misleading. Wood quality is very good.”
