“I ordered a pallet of logs but the driver didn’t want to drive the narrow lanes (we have horse boxes and all sorts). He suggested meeting him half way. Not sure how he expected me to move a pallet a mile - wheelbarrow perhaps. The alternative was a van which would entail me unloading the whole thing by hand. The last time the lorry got here and unloaded outside the gates and over time I transferred to logs, but not possible this time. So no logs, no apology, no customer service!”

“Fabulous communications, the delivery company kept me informed all the way to drop off. Couldn’t resist having a fire that night; the Ash logs are fabulous; quick to light and bright burning, loads of heat. Will decant to my log store this weekend. 1.8 cubic metres as described (crate sizes are different from those shown on the website but still the same amount).”

“I order from Logs Online because the net bags are easy for me to handle the distance to my log store. But why oh why do they have you put in a chosen delivery date, which I choose when I have a free day and then either, this is not passed on to the pallet company or ignored by said pallet company. They then decide delivery is when I’m not in. FRUSTRATING!”
