“Haven't had a chance to test the burnability of the logs, but the dealing with with the company and delivery system was first class”

“I have bought birch and ash logs for my log burning stove. Both types are excellent and would highly recommend. I buy the nets because they are easier to take into my house. Delivery is always efficient and I was notified half an hour in advance of the delivery time. The drivers are always helpful and polite. The quality of the logs is perfect.”

“Very easy and quick ordering process. Delivered one day earlier than expected (with no notification to say so) but luckily I was in to receive the delivery. Delivery driver was very polite and helpful and was able to place the crate of logs in my garage which was great. Although I haven't used the logs yet, they appear to be packed very well and I am very happy with the quality and size of logs.”

“Logs arrived 2days before allocated slot, luckily I was home as I was not notified that they were coming early. The best part of the delivery was the driver, she could not do enough to make everything go smoothly, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. The worst part was that I was charged £15-00 delivery when I only live 12 miles from their Chester distribution centre, when I questioned why they said it was only free to most postcodes!!!!”

“Great service from Logs Online again, dispatched as promised. What a shame DHL lets logs Online down, promised delivery on 3 seperate occasions and failed to deliver on each, no communication from DHL, when I contacted DHL they promised delivery on 17 August between 17:18 and 18:18 but delivered 15:26 in a very damaged box stating I had signed for the delivery, I was out, I certainly didn't sign for the package. The fire lighters box was broken so individual firelighters were scattered inside the box. The condition of the box which was open lead me to think some would probably have been lost in transit. Will use Logs Online again, but will avoid DHL”
