“I asked for delivery to be 28th September but the logs turned up 28th August! Not good as I didnt have anywhere to put them. I called up to complaint and a lady said she would get someone to call me back, No one did!! In the end I had to put them all in my garage just to keep them dry. Not happy!!!!!!”

“No problem with LogsOnline, not started burning the wood jet but looks ok. Delivery was an absolute pain. Tracking app showed "with local delivery depot" for a week with now idea when it would arrive. Finally arrived without notice. Fortunately we were in to sort and pack the wood. I will give LogsOnline one more chance, probably for next year as I have enough for a normal winter.”

“I've used a couple of other log dealers but find logs on line are by far the better. The only thing I didn't like with this company is that on the day of delivery, I never get any information to when the delivery will take place or even a confirmation that it will be going ahead as scheduled. I have had to ring the company to get the information and even then they are not sure. I rang someone on the day of my delivery and spoke to someone who said that my delivery was attempted on the day but I wasn't at home!!!! I was in and I asked them to check if they had tried to deliver it at my address or somewhere else, as I have a ring door bell and no one had been. I had a message from Bukoba at 11.47 to say that they are still waiting from the delivery company and apologised for the delay. Mean while at 13.34pm the delivery driver arrived to drop off my wood. He was a very lovely helpful guy. An asset to his organisation. i have knocked one star off the rating due to the lack of communication but will order from them again. So logsonline please communicate with your customers. Very important!!!!”

“Lack of communication when order was late I then had to chase after 1.5 weeks as I hasn’t heard anything- but after 15 minutes of sending my email I received an email (FROM DHL) confirming a delivery is being shipped- I think you forgot my order which arrived around 2 weeks later then it should've”

“I have given 3 stars due to the delivery problem of then turning up 1 month earlier than requested which caused quite a bit of problem! However the logs appear to be very good, nice length for my smaller fire, will have to chop a fair few to make smaller logs but overall very good!”
