“The sweet pea are very high class,but your packaging was very flimsy and it was lucky that only 7 petals were dislodged. I made the courier photograph the packaging. Honestly I would suggest that you use more protective packaging.”

“I was a little sceptical to buy artificial flowers without seeing and touching them first, however, couldn't be happier with my purchases. They look very real and much more reasonably priced than local department stores but look exactly the same quality and feel. Very happy customer”

“I ordered two trailing plants (order no. 94498) but was then called away from home for three days to visit my 92 yr. old mother who had been taken very ill. I was horrfified that JustArtificial use Evri as a courier as I have alway found Evri so unreliable in that their drivers never follow instructions and tend to leave parcels on my exposed (no porch) doormat without leaving a card through the letterbox. This is exactly what has happened this time and the parcel has now gone missing; I categorically have not received it despite searching for it behind my wheelie bins. I even checked with my neighbours to see if they'd taken it in so it didn't get wet or damaged, but they haven't. To make matters even worse, I have tried calling JustArtificial three times and sent an email but the phone is not being answered and I have yet to receive a reply to my email. I am worried I have wasted nearly £50 on goods that I have not received becuse JustArtificial use ever unreliable Evri! I looks like I will have to claim a refund for non delivery via my Barclaycard!”

The business is now owned by a new company from 2025, customers awaiting refunds have been refunded or they are being dealt with and all issues have now been fully resolved going forwards. We appreciate this won't offer much comfort to those affected but we as a new Company will be positively moving forwards and have put strategies and procedures in place to ensure there is no future repeat of these issues. “I’m still waiting for my package, I don’t think anyone should have to chase up a package in this day and age, very poor service, no communication, the product will have to be exceptional, if it ever gets here, or you will be getting it strait back, would never recommend this company, or ever use again.....”

“Bought 2 hanging baskets which I have wanted for a long time but could not afford eleswhere (they look lovely). Also purchased a few Christmas presents for 'difficult' people. The artificial flowers in a wase ideal for elderly people in residential care seem so apt. Also have been looking for 2 years for specific turquoise coloured flowers which my daughter wanted on a shelf in her bedroom. Just artificial has come up trumps. Will be using them again.”
