“A wide range of flowers, all of which are beautifully made and realistic in effect. Great bargain prices. The flowers are very durable. I place them on our family graves and they stand a whole year in all kinds of weather and do not disintegrate, nor do they lose their colour. A year on they still look as good as new.”

“Love the bird of paradise stems which I have put in pot with plant that never flowers. I would just like width dimensions of bunches of plants like geraniums so I know how many to buy to fill my pots.”

“A little disappointed in the actual product , I’ve had quite a lot of artificial house plants from this company, some are extremely realistic and others are obviously plastic and this one unfortunately is the later. Very disappointed with the time it took to arrive, a month!! I almost forgot that I’d ordered it…”

“I received the artificial silk trailing ivy in good time, well packed. However I am very disappointed with the product. It is a branch of ivy and in no way can it trail. It also looks very plastic. We want it to hang down from a shelf as any trailing plant would and it can't.”

Hello Maggie, Thank you for your review, we are sorry that it isn't a positive one and appreciate your honest feedback. Whilst we are glad that the Ivy was packed well and arrived swiftly, we are sorry that you are disappointed with it. We would suggest gently flexing the stem, so that it is somewhere between 45 and 90 degrees. Then place this on your shelf and have the ivy trail down. This is how a lot of customers tend to use this Ivy, when looking to trail it. The product is very flexible and will hold its shape. Alternatively, if you would like to exchange this for a larger trail, we can arrange that. Please drop us an email if you'd like any further advise, or to exchange the Ivy.

“Basket seems of a good quality, although the plastic liner had a large tear in it (looks like it had a sticker on which has been removed, tearing the plastic). Delivery took almost 3 weeks. I would've expected the basket to have been packed better for shipping, considering the price of the item (box was very flimsy, basket not bubble wrapped).”

“I placed an order for 2 artificial geraniums. When they still hadn't been shipped 10 days later, I emailed the company and got a reply within only a couple of hours, saying that they had been waiting for a delivery and would dispatch my order soon. The flowers eventually arrived about 2.5 weeks after I originally placed the order, in a parcel that was pretty badly dented, but fortunately the contents were all fine. They look great and I'm happy with my purchase; would order again.”
