Bought two large pansies balls. They R nice definitely not worth the price tag. Company are good to deal with and still waiting on a small refund as order was very late. Still a good company to deal with

Good afternoon, thanks for your honest feedback. I'm sorry that you didn't feel that the baskets were value for money. With a hand planted made to order product, we have to take into consideration the labour and materials when pricing these products. Our baskets frequently get glowing reviews, from both customers and people who see them so it's a shame you didn't quite feel the same. It's pleasing to hear that on the customer service side of the order, we could help you and communicate updates properly. I'll speak to the accounts department now regarding the partial refund.
Sorry to say I'm a bit disappointed with company and plant. Very long delay from order to delivery. It was only when I asked for update that I found out plant was out of stock, and they were waiting for re-stocks! When it finally arrived, not impressed with the quality. It was quite squashed and not very realistic.

My order came & was nothing like flowers & colours advertised, so returning my order, cannot fault this company on replying extra quick to my e mails though and offering a refund

Only 3 stars because the products are fine and customer service is great but the whole service is let down by the delivery company.

Very poor delivery times but still advertising trees when out of stock. But when we got the trees they are very good realistic, they look nice and we are happy with them, I would use again if there delivery was better or just advertising there’s a slight delay , can’t fault the actual products

Hi Mark, thank you for leaving an honest review, we appreciate it. We agree that currently our lead times aren't as fast as usual but unfortunately that is down to delayed shipments that we are unable to control. This is something that should be resolved asap though and normal business will resume! The products are still advertised because they're available for us to purchase/produce, just not for immediate dispatch. Our product pages always display a message stating how many days it will be before a product can be dispatched. I'm very pleased to hear that the products themselves were well received and that you're happy with them. I hope that my reply can offer some clarity on the reason for the delay in receiving your order.
Good plants however delivery took 14 days even though website stated 1600 + in stock 🤷‍♀️

Hi Harry, Thank you for your review. Looking at the item you ordered; the item name, description and photo describe this product as 'yellows'. The product image shows different shades of yellow in the pot. Please accept our apologies for the delivery being longer than you expected. However, it did arrive earlier than the estimated delivery displayed. We allow up to 5 working days from dispatch. Your order was shipped within 4 hours of you placing it and arrived 4 days later on a Saturday which is before the 4th working day. We hope that clears things up.
The plants I ordered were attractive but too big for what we wanted. I am not impressed with their returns policy as one has to contact the company to notify them and I have had no response in 48 hours despite several attempts, the plants need to be returned within 2 weeks.

No information about delivery times, although they replied quickly when emailed. Flowers are value for money although the gypsophila was a disappointment. The Roses and Poppies were very pretty.

Hi Susan, We're sorry that you were disappointed with your Yucca plant. All of our products have their sizes displayed on the website, we are looking in to adding the extra information such as the leaf span once extended etc. So hopefully next time all of the information you need will be there!
I’m really not sure, well made, delivery slow but no damage. I need someone to visit and see if it looks real because I’m not sure it does. Early days only received it yesterday.

It was most likely due to your order being placed on a Friday, unfortunately our couriers don't deliver or operate over the weekend.
Not happy because it was packaged badly and the lid had been broken into pieces so wasn't on the can when I opened the package.

I have had a bad experience dealing with Just Artificial. I bought some hanging baskets from them last year and although their was a great delay in delivery ( due I believe to the company not having the components to make up the hanging baskets ) however when the baskets arrived they were beautiful. This year I ordered two more, the same delay and the same excuse as above !! When the baskets arrived they were both damaged with broken stems detached from the basket, also the large hanging basket was much smaller than the two I bought last year despite being the same price. A great pity, why advertise something as being in stock, accept the payment then when the customer complains about a delay in delivery, they are told the components are not in stock !

Artificial hanging baskets were badly packed and the hanging ivy fell out. I won't be buying from them again.
