Placed an order 21st March, received somebody else’s order instead. The box his flowers came in was badly damaged to the point some of the foliage was poking through, not well packaged at all. Contacted JA and I have had the other customers package collected and know I am waiting for mine.

Hi Janet, Thank you for sharing your feedback and experience. We are sorry again for the mix up and inconvenience caused. We can see that both parcels have been collected and are on their way to the correct customer. We're also sorry to hear of the state the box was in. We use recycled or re use boxes to ship our orders but always check whether we believe they would be suitable for transit, prior to packing.
I ordered four items for an event but I have still yet to receive them. The order was placed two weeks ago. I have contacted customer service serval times and have received responses but they are I’ll not contact their courier and just advise I should wait. Not great service and I will requesting a refund through PayPal on Monday.

Thank you for your review. However this sounds more like an email you should have sent to us as you have not received the parcel from the courier yet, you are unable to leave a proper review on the products and full service yet. The issue is with the courier as they have clearly had a delay. As advised it left us on the 13th and we have provided many tracking links to show you this. We have chased the couroer for you many times, the latest tracking today (20th) shows it has been processed at the hub, so it should now be going to your local courier. It looks like (as explained to you) the courier has had a mix up or delay. Delivery should be any day now, if you allow the goods to be delivered then if you decide you no longer want them thats fine you can return them for a refund. We will update this response once we see the next updates.
I purchased two trees for outside my front door. They arrived very quickly and in very good condition well boxed and tied very securely. When I unwrapped them I was pleasantly pleased the shape and how realistic they looked. I just have to buy two plant pots and can't wait to have them on display. Many thanks *****

Stunningly realistic pansy hanging baskets! I chose the purple ones and love them! Perfect for my front door without easy access water supply and hot afternoon sunshine. Really great quality - completely fooled all my visitors so far!

I placed an order with Just Artificial on the 20th of September and didn't hear anything for a week. When I contacted them I was told that the item wasn't available and was offered alternatives. I chose an arrangement which cost £27 less, which I received more than two weeks after the original order was placed. I contacted the company a couple of times over the following two weeks to enquire about the partial refund and then put a letter in the post threatening legal action. The director of the company then contacted me and delayed payment for another two weeks. I received the partial refund on the 3rd of November, six weeks after the original order and four weeks after it was amended. Reading other reviews shows a pattern of behaviour of accepting orders with no intention of filling them and withholding or delaying refunds. The alternative is gross ineptitude at running a retail business. This review was edited after receiving the partial refund at the request of the company's director.

Hello, thank you for leaving a review. We're sorry that your experience with us wasn't as good as we'd expect it to be. First of all, we are sorry for the delay in advising you that the item you had ordered wasn't available, at the time we were looking for suitable alternatives and wanted to offer these when letting you know of the unavailable item. The original 2 emails asking for an update on the refund had been filtered out and as a result, we hadn't seen these. The next follow up, regarding the letter that had been sent in the post was replied to within 2 hours, but we received an email immediately stating that your inbox was 'full' and therefore that it hadn't been received. We followed up the next morning to share this information but got the same message. Giving this a few days to settle and in case this was an error, we followed this up but got the same response. We then left a voicemail to explain this (followed up by another email), to which we got a reply later that day. Within a couple of working days from this, the refund was processed (we had staff out of office who process refunds, hence the slight delay). We were advised that once the refund had cleared, the customer would update their review to show the version of events as the review was left during the time where they weren't receiving any of our emails. This refund was complete and cleared 2 weeks ago now so we feel we had given the customer enough to amend their review but sadly this hasn't been the case, even after a polite reminder.
I was pleased with the speed of dispatch and quality of products. I had an enquiry regarding some of the rose sprays and their dimensions so I dropped them an email and they helped me out quite quickly!

To be honest I wouldn’t have even given 1 star , but no stars was not an option. Grave wreaths ordered in November and didn’t arrive. Emails were hit and miss and some not even responded too. Totally disrespectful and disgraceful customer service . If I do not get a response , I will take this further. You cannot treat people like this and get away with it ! I hope you feel proud of yourselves !

I have had loads of orders form here before no issues. Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and not received my order, tracking number isn’t working, phone is saying it’s not in service and emailed but no response.

Very poor service, ordered an item, waited ages, only to be told they are shut for two weeks and when they are back they are doing a stock take, wow guys, well done for putting the customer first....... How long do I wait for the refund????? Absolutely horrendous customer service
