“Just bought a trailing ivy which is very effective and realistic compared to some on the market. Very helpful with a telephone query and prompt and safe delivery. Would have no hesitation in dealing with this company again.”

“After trying and failing miserably to grow an indoor ivy plant we decided to opt, reluctantly, for an artificial plant. I say reluctant as my experience in the past is that artificial plants look really fake. Just Artificial plants are so real looking amd.of excellent quality so would not hesitate to buy more artificial plants but only from Just Artificial. Amazing quality and price.”

“Came quickly (took eight days but that was with Christmas and Boxing Day at the weekend and then two bank holidays in the middle of it, so actually only four working days at a very busy time), well packaged (a couple of leaves slightly bent/creased, but no major harm done). The product itself (white and burgundy hellebore (Helleborus)) looks excellent. Very realistic, accurate, and well made. Well worth the money. Would definitely buy again.”

We're sorry to hear there are some slight creases on the leaves, we find that gently applying heat from a hair dryer sorts this out if you hold it flat/straight. “I was very happy with my purchase of two cherry blossoms stems. They were a lovely colour, sturdy and quite large. I was also happy that I was quickly notified that my original choice of colour for one of the stems was not available so that I could choose another.”

“Not what I expected! I ordered variegated ivy hanging bunches and it wasn't what I received. They are certainly not variegated.”

“The sweet pea are very high class,but your packaging was very flimsy and it was lucky that only 7 petals were dislodged. I made the courier photograph the packaging. Honestly I would suggest that you use more protective packaging.”

“I ordered two trailing plants (order no. 94498) but was then called away from home for three days to visit my 92 yr. old mother who had been taken very ill. I was horrfified that JustArtificial use Evri as a courier as I have alway found Evri so unreliable in that their drivers never follow instructions and tend to leave parcels on my exposed (no porch) doormat without leaving a card through the letterbox. This is exactly what has happened this time and the parcel has now gone missing; I categorically have not received it despite searching for it behind my wheelie bins. I even checked with my neighbours to see if they'd taken it in so it didn't get wet or damaged, but they haven't. To make matters even worse, I have tried calling JustArtificial three times and sent an email but the phone is not being answered and I have yet to receive a reply to my email. I am worried I have wasted nearly £50 on goods that I have not received becuse JustArtificial use ever unreliable Evri! I looks like I will have to claim a refund for non delivery via my Barclaycard!”
