The shop advised me that delivery would be delayed due to the item being out of stock which was ok. Unfortunately the artificial pink tradescantia was hideous, the colouring was much too strong and the leaves too big. It was quite unlike the version illustrated so it had to be returned in the box it arrived in which was openly collapsing and had to be taped inside and out and tied with string. It cost £5.89 to return which considering the leaves were light as a feather was a bit rich. Sorry about such a bad review but this is exactly as I found it.

Good morning Lesley, we appreciate your honest feedback. We'd like to apologise for your poor experience and that the Tradescantia trail wasn't as expected. We'll inspect the product and packaging on receipt of the return to see if we accidentally sent you the wrong item. Unfortunately, shipping prices have increased over the past few years so some returns do cost a little bit more than you'd expect or hope. I'm afraid that if we were to book the return for you, the price wouldn't be much, if any better.
I am still waiting for my purchase to arrive.

Good afternoon Carole, thank you for your review. We're sorry that your order has taken longer than expected to reach you. I can see from the tracking that it was actually due to arrive today, between 13:00-15:00. I'll chase the courier up now to see where it is, but I hope it may arrive in the next hour or 2. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Not the quickest delivery - paid for expedited 'next working day'delivery but despite the 'uk' in the web address the goods were dispatched from Spain and took a few days to arrive. It also seems to an unnecessarily bother to try and persuade them to provide a vat receipt. Currently 1 week and 8 emails of conversation about it with assurances and 'not bother' but so far no-one actually has bothered to provide one.

Good morning, I'm sorry to see the negative review you left this morning and for the delay in sending a VAT receipt, we are extremely busy at the moment. I have just sent both a VAT invoice and receipt to you now. Upon checking, the first time we were asked for an invoice was towards the end of Friday which was 2 working days ago. There should have been an option at checkout to add your VAT number and request a VAT receipt once the order was placed. This would have been handed to the correct department immediately with the need for us to pass this on from our sales team. With regards to the delivery time, the order was placed outside of working hours (so after our same day dispatch cut off) meaning that the soonest we could dispatch it was the next day, which we did. The order absolutely came from our warehouse in Morecambe, I have checked the tracking and it shows that the collection/dispatch address was indeed Morecambe. I can see that the delivery itself took an extra day, which we wouldn't usually expect with TNT as they are extremely reliable, we are very sorry for this. If there was something to imply that this order was coming from Spain, please could you let us know so we can ensure this isn't the case in the future. But this isn't something we have had a problem with before. Please may we politely ask you to amend this review as we feel it doesn't accurately reflect your experience with us. We have also dropped you an email just now to hopefully clear this up for you and to notify you of the VAT invoice & receipt that our team has emailed through.
I'm surprised I've been offered the opportunity to review this business, given that I complained to their customer services (when I finally received an answer) about the state my Garlands arrived in. I ordered 3 Garlands, which were for a customer order. They arrived with broken pinecones, missing berries, and were completely discoloured. As requested, I sent photos of the damage and was offered £2 off per garland. It's a shame, as the website has much to offer, and I have been looking for a new wholesaler, but it's unlikely I will order from here again.

First of all, we would like to apologise again for how the products you ordered arrived, we wouldn't expect this to be the case with any order. However, we do ask that customers contact us first so that we can resolve any problems as reviews are to give feedback on the entire experience. From your voicemail and emails, we weren't aware of any other damage to the items other than the discoloured berries as you hadn't mentioned or included the pine cones being broken in your photos. Therefore, we could only offer so much as a refund. With regards to how the situation was dealt with, I can see that after we missed your call, we responded within 2 hours via email. Each reply to your emails was swift and the refund was offered on the same day. We couldn't have dealt with and resolved that situation any quicker I'm afraid. So I'm sorry that you felt you had to wait to get any correspondence from us. Our team was under the impression you were satisfied with the refund we offered and that the issue was resolved as you accepted the refund. We would have preferred to resolve the issue to your fullest satisfaction first and hopefully have gained a more positive review based on the full experience and outcome. Usually, if an order arrives damaged (in the very unlikely case) we offer to exchange the item(s). Unfortunately, due to the time restraints regarding this order and your need to use the items that weekend, we weren't able to do that on this occasion. If you would like to discuss this further, then we are very happy to hear from you and hopefully resolve this to your satisfaction.
Sorry, but I was disappointed because a) the four plants were smaller than I expected and that being so I have had to make the four plants into two pairs leaving me with two items instead of four and b) one pair looked artificial in my view and (c several 'leaves' of the Boxwood had fallen off the bush and others fell off as I was joining them to make one bush - I glued them back on. Our products have their sizes in the description but if you feel some extra information would be useful, please let us know and we'll look into this. Please accept our apologies for the leaves falling off of the products, on rare occasions this can happen. But we find they easily slip back on to the stems with no force required.

Also the correspondence which we have had with to resolve this issue. As we discussed, we sent out 2 floral foams, which you were happy with. Then for you to leave the review that you are disappointed and livid is quite a strong statement which the help that we have offered and the quality of the product. At the time of your review, we haven't had a return request but are happy to arrange this and look into this at detail to find a swift solution for both parties. Not what I expected! I ordered variegated ivy hanging bunches and it wasn't what I received. They are certainly not variegated.

I have just returned a fuchsia hanging basket for full refund, it cost just over £55.00 and sadly did not look at all like £55 worth, appalling quality and would have expected to see this in a budget shop for £9.99 colours and how it fitted into the basket awful, looks cheap and tacky. Do not buy from here.

The flowers I ordered arrived in just a cardboard box with no additional wrapping. Two stems were tied to the box and one was just loose. There was loose leaves and petals in the box and the flowers had a crushed appearance. Why are these flowers not packed properly?

Hi Valerie, We're very sorry to hear about your experience. I can ensure you that this was a one-off. Usually, we use boxes that are the right size for certain products and for any that may appear loose we use some decorative paper/bubble wrap or foam to avoid any movement inside the box. The most likely explanation would be that we used the wrong sized box on this occasion resulting in loose leaves/petals, please accept our apologies for this and in future should you ever choose us again, we'll ensure your order is in pristine condition. Followed instructions and still ended with a cloudy resin mixture. I completed the troubleshooting instructions and the water didn’t clear. Very disappointed as I was making vases for a showroom.

We were very disappointed, not I have to say in the product itself which is of a very good standard, but in the way it was packed for despatch. On unpacking, the heavy planting pots were actually found laying on top of the cones, which were being flattened and damaged, instead of being properly packed in a longer carton, with some separation from the cones. The packing of these items needs rethinking in order to facilitate safe and undamaged delivery of the product. We did not return them, and managed to make them look presentable, but they should not have to be 'tweaked' in this way. A less than satisfactory outcome to the purchase, which was a very expensive one.

Very Happy with my artificial lilies , disappointed it took two weeks to arrive , i had to chase up only to be told they were sending them out that day, this was 9 days after i placed and paid for my order I needed 2 more lilies so paid £11 for Next Day delivery and didn't get this order till two days later , i have emailed but no one has got back to me and that was last week , Disappointing

Ordered two Monstera Leafs. Too a long time to arrive and packaged poorly. Leaves all scrunched up and bent. Leaf looks quite life-like but the junction between stem and leaf looks fake. They look like the two separate parts that they actually are which is a shame. For these reasons I do tHonk I will be ordering anything from this company again.

The good. polite and courteous , prices are good as are products if you receive them. The bad.. delays and repeatedly having to. Entail the same emails to get a response...followed by broken promises, The story..Ordered on 22 July.. and after several emails ( and repeatedly sending various emails due to non reply and non delivery of item)and promises of delivery, on 02 august I decided Enough was enough.(load of gubbins on product page saying 7 days delivery.) 11 days after waiting and still zero item I sent an email to cancel the order If they couldn’t dispatch Ed today. Clearly they couldn’t but they could refund straight away either.. because apparently it’s gone to accounts to process the refund.. god only knows how long that’s going to take so I better open a PayPal case.. beware of the excuses .

Disappointed with the flowers, they were expensive and looked artificial. They were in a poly bag inside a medium thickness cardboard box which was crumpled in the hands of Hermes delivery service. Yes, the service from Just Artificial was OK given the pandemic, but I won’t be using them again.
