“Very realistic, arrived promptly Look really good in my gazebo Would use again”

“Received our White Lilies and they are really nice,look realistic, really good quality, packed well.Would have given 5 stars if they had come sooner.No email to say it could be 3 weeks for delivery,but that said we'll order off Just Artificial again obviously sell premium products”

“The flowers were ok but squashed, I'd change your courier , the box was a right mess, damp and bent .”

Good afternoon, thank you for your review. We are grateful for your honest feedback, I'm sorry that the box arrived like that. We'll take this into consideration going forwards. We use Royal Mail for standard delivery too but unfortunately, a lot of the time, the parcel is too large for them to take.

“Plant arrived in good condition, very realistic with good packaging. Took a long time to arrive, this was mainly down to Evri and not Just Artificial and it is a very busy time of year. Overall, very pleased.”

“Essentially, I got what I needed just in time with some help from the sales team. I ordered a fortnight in advance of the date I needed the items for - I chased up my order after a week because I hadn't heard anything and it turned out one item was out of stock, so I chose a different item and it was then dispatched that same day, arriving one day before I needed it.”

“Great company! Shame about the delivery company. Each time I've ordered their Hydrangeas as they are absolutely beautiful, they are dispatched and Evri screw up the delivery. But I will keep ordering as can't find them anywhere else”

“Prompt delivery, well packed, although one flower head had fallen off during transit... Post Office rough handling, not just Artificials fault. Good quality flowers it must be said also.”

Many thanks for your kind review, we're happy to hear the order was expected and prompt. We find most, if not all flowers heads will go back on to a stem if it falls off in transit as there usually isn't any damage.

“I ordered some yukka plants for my new garden, I wanted artifices so that they didn’t die or get eaten by bugs. When my plants arrived and I planted them they were so cute and they really make my garden look fancy yet modern, I love them!”

“Hanging basket is really pretty. Looks very full and hopefully will survive the Scottish weather Delivery was delayed a bit as the basket had to be made up and given time to set before being dispatched. However I was kept informed of progress. The delivery firm took 5 working days to deliver - which was the timeframe mentioned once it was dispatched- 3-5 working days”

We're pleased to hear you are impressed with the baskets and we too hope they survive the weather, they should do as we find some customers still have them outdoors from 5/6 years ago and they're built to last. Sorry that the delivery was delayed but we're glad you can understand why with them being handmade per order.

“The sweet pea are very high class,but your packaging was very flimsy and it was lucky that only 7 petals were dislodged. I made the courier photograph the packaging. Honestly I would suggest that you use more protective packaging.”
