“I placed an order for 2 artificial geraniums. When they still hadn't been shipped 10 days later, I emailed the company and got a reply within only a couple of hours, saying that they had been waiting for a delivery and would dispatch my order soon. The flowers eventually arrived about 2.5 weeks after I originally placed the order, in a parcel that was pretty badly dented, but fortunately the contents were all fine. They look great and I'm happy with my purchase; would order again.”

I'm very glad to hear that the flowers were worth the wait and appreciate your recommendation. We're also sorry for how the parcel arrived. Although we recycle and reuse our boxes, we wouldn't ever send something we didn't believe was suitable. We'll have a chat with the courier about this.

“Received our White Lilies and they are really nice,look realistic, really good quality, packed well.Would have given 5 stars if they had come sooner.No email to say it could be 3 weeks for delivery,but that said we'll order off Just Artificial again obviously sell premium products”

We use Royal Mail for standard delivery too but unfortunately, a lot of the time, the parcel is too large for them to take.

“Plant arrived in good condition, very realistic with good packaging. Took a long time to arrive, this was mainly down to Evri and not Just Artificial and it is a very busy time of year. Overall, very pleased.”

“Essentially, I got what I needed just in time with some help from the sales team. I ordered a fortnight in advance of the date I needed the items for - I chased up my order after a week because I hadn't heard anything and it turned out one item was out of stock, so I chose a different item and it was then dispatched that same day, arriving one day before I needed it.”

“Prompt delivery, well packed, although one flower head had fallen off during transit... Post Office rough handling, not just Artificials fault. Good quality flowers it must be said also.”

“Hanging basket is really pretty. Looks very full and hopefully will survive the Scottish weather Delivery was delayed a bit as the basket had to be made up and given time to set before being dispatched. However I was kept informed of progress. The delivery firm took 5 working days to deliver - which was the timeframe mentioned once it was dispatched- 3-5 working days”

“The sweet pea are very high class,but your packaging was very flimsy and it was lucky that only 7 petals were dislodged. I made the courier photograph the packaging. Honestly I would suggest that you use more protective packaging.”
