"delay with part of my order. Stock was due by a certain date. If was any delay I would be notified. I wasn't. I had to chase the order. Was offered refund but still haven't received it. Was disappointed when the rest of my order arrived. Flowers a lot smaller than expected"

"I have not received my order yet. Hermes sent an email stating I was not in when delivery attempted. I was in and no note was left through my door. Very disappointed with the service from Hermes, especially as there is no contact information to make a complaint."

"Order placed 27/08/18 still not arrived. Tried to deliver on sat morning despite being told Mon to Friday accepted only. Furthermore Hermes claim to have attempted to deliver Mon 3rd Sept. This is not true this is a business office and is maned all day. No attempt to deliver was made and this is a false claim which only causes annoyance. Very disappointing service and poor attitude in response from Just Artificial. Would not recommend."

Sorry to hear this, let us give some clarity on the events - Order placed Bank Hol evening 27th, we shipped the very next day Tues 28th on a 4 day service and added your delivery notes as requested to the labels (Mon-Fri), courier tracking shows they attempted Saturday (despite the label notes) and then Monday (your business hours) without success. You emailed us on the 4th with a not particularly pleasant email basically threatening a bad review if we did not look into this for you, which we did not appreciate. We immediately looked into it and asked you for more info to which you ignored and just repeated your initial email on the 5th and without giving us chance went on to leave your negative review. We contacted the courier for you on the 5th and it was then delivered the next day the 6th at 10.35am and we emailed you confirmation. Again we are sorry that you feel you had such bad service and experience. We feel we did all we could to assist and get it resolved for you, perhaps there was not really a need to use the 'leave you a negative review if you don't chase it up' sentence in your intial email, as we would have naturally wanted to sort it for you without the need for that. Thank you.

"Service is absolutely rubbish!! We waited for weeks to receive our items which then turned up badly packaged and damaged. We tried to get a refund which turned into even more of a hassle!! the package was meant to be picked up in order to get our money back, we were sent a label for the package but it was never picked up. the person we spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. biggest waste of money! I would avoid using this service!!"

Sorry to see this but it is somewhat inacurrate and the emails you have been sending quite aggressive and threatening, total paid was £254.75 on order as per usual with most online companies - (payment on order), we advise you we was out of stock and due end May, you said you was fine to wait but not into June, we emailed you on 31st May to advise our shipement was delayed would you like to wait or be refunded in full. You said refunded in full. You chased your refund 2 days later and we advise accounts normally do these within 7 days, on the 6th day you posted this review and sent us an unpleasant email threatening to leave this review everywhere you could till you got your refund and that you had raised it with your card company. So now we cannot refund you as your card company will deal with it and you will have to wait for them to sort it which will take longer. Your review is like your emails - over the top and uncalled for despite all our responsive customer service and keeping you informed and the choice with you at all times to wait for the new stock or be refunded. What more could we have done? As you say you have used us before so you know we are trustworthy and reputable. We are very disappointed to see this type of review it is unjustified and hopefully anyone who reads it and our response will make their own judgement based on the facts and the many other honest decent customers reviews left praising us and our products and services. Some people you just cannot please and it seems this to be the case here. All the best.

Having rung Just Artificial on numerous occasions, I left three ansaphone messages and have sent one email asking what has happened to my parcel. So far no one from Just Artificial has contacted me. Very disappointed with your company."

Hi, sorry to see you have left us a poor review, we shipped your order 8 days ago with Hermes and as we advised their tracking is not showing up even though they collected it. We did emai you back the below email over 24 hours before you left this review, so we did reply to your email you must not have seen it/gone to spam.

We are still awaiting a response from Hermes, but we could have shipped you out another order express delivery if you had responded to say if it would be in time still for you. Hope we can sort it out for you.

"Avoid this company. Delivery took so much longer than the website stated when I ordered and I kept having to chase it up myself and got constantly fobbed off with poor excuses. 3 weeks after ordering, the product arrived and was not what it showed on the website at all. I then incurred extortionate postage costs to return item and then had to wait a further 3 weeks for a refund. Communication throughout was very poor."

"ordered flowers for a wedding they arrived not the same color as picture and covered in glue i had requested a return straight away iv been waiting 4 days they only email very late afternoon and so far still have not given me the return details!! customer service is none existent as i was just told to pick the glue off !!! they do not even answer the phones. avoid the hassle and go to a florist instead. stay away."

"I ordered flowers and after 2 weeks had not received them, I emailed the company and was told the flowers were out of stock in the warehouse when I asked why I had not been told this previously they did not reply just ignored me. I emailed and asked for a refund and again was ignored I have had ask Barclaycard Visa to escalate a case against Just Artificial so that I can get my money returned. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat a customer!!!"

"I purchased an item and requested next day delivery at an additional cost of £7, making total delivery charge of £14.50. I decided to pay the additional charge for express delivery as the usual method takes 1 week and I didn't want to wait that long. I placed my order on Wednesday evening so expected my item to be delivered on Friday. It was not delivered until the following Monday. Although I contacted customer services on 3 occasions I have not been told why my item was not delivered on next day service and have not been offered any credit for the additional delivery cost I paid for"

We are very sorry to hear this, the order via Fruugo did not come through to us so there must have been a problem with the initial order which we have no access to - they only pass on completed orders. With the 2nd order you placed with us we have shipped that and we did contact you to advise and you have confirmed it has arrived, so hopefully all is resolved for you now. "My two baytrees arrived sqashed together in a broken cardboard box with leaves broken. I was promised a replacement that never arrived. Over two months later, I finally got refunded after much trouble and endless e-mails.I would NEVER deal with this company again."

"The artificisl plant arrived in a broken, battered cardboard box. There is nothing to stand the plant in so I need to find a solution to that. Moreover the plant is a cheap-looking thing and not worth the purchase price. Absolute rubbish."

"Poor customer service. Paid £15 for next day delivery for it to get sent 2 days after the purchase. Customer service team told me that I should of specified a time I needed to get the items by but I thought "next day delivery" was self explanatory. Apparently not."
